    Er, Cousin Hazel?

    Well, to each his own.

    Oh, dear.

    A Mormon!
I'm sorry, Sister Jenny, I thought your question intimated that you were. Please be cover my ignorance in the matter.

And, I am no Cult-following, Hellbound Mormon. But even those who hate God can invent or discover something that may be good in spite of its origin. Witness the automobile. Henry Ford was the most mindless reprobate of his day, else why would he leave the family farm to become a machinist? And why else would he pay a wage that allowed his workers to actually buy the product?

And yet his inventions allow us God fearing white folk to show how good God has been to us by driving a blessing-success badge like the Ford Expedition!

Please don't think badly of me. I meant no impropriety. In response to your earlier request, I have posted a recent sermon online.

I will say, that for anatomical reasons I will not go into, I was intrigued by this young lady. But if you are willing, it may be that my life of celibacy since my dear wife died so many years ago may come to an end with a new leash on life, so to speak!

I chose to get some Mitt Romney Magic Underwear, and that actually has helped, although I put no supernatural stock in it, of course.

And, after the tragedy, it was difficult for me to think about bringing that end on some other poor sweet Christian woman just because of my "deformity."

Ma'am, it's been twenty years, but she was very young, we both were then. It's difficult to talk about but Our Sweet Lord needed another flower in heaven. I know it's hard to think about these things but Our Lord Jesus Christ is sufficient.

She was a paragon, which had spoiled me for other women for many years, but I now realize that once having been married and knowing the joy and excitement of marital conjugal bliss, that once that door is open it's difficult to close it again. So I have been chaste for twenty years. I must confess I have adopted one pagan practice to make things easier. I chose to get some Mitt Romney Magic Underwear, and that actually has helped, although I put no supernatural stock in it, of course.

If not, you certainly have an earthy attractiveness, not given to vain puffery. No eyelashes going up and down like garage doors with you! Do you own shoes, or do you prefer to cook and clean barefooted?

Really Mother, you've spelled the good Doctor's name wrong. That's Wierdby, that's what. You should pay better attention to your spelling when you post. You've been warned about that. Do you want to embarrass me here?

Amen! What better way to make known the riches of His Glory to us, the vessels of mercy, than by creating and destroying the unelect folks, the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction.

Praise. I love the fact that we can turn John the Revelator's dreams into godly sermons.

started a topic I Thank God for You All in Christ

I Thank God for You All in Christ

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Warren W. Wierdsbe, and I count myself fortunate indeed to be among the elect of God, and His Servant. To all of you who have found such a precious gift of the grace of God, I wish you grace and peach through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.

I know I titled this thread "for You All," and it seems there are a number of God-hating Moslems, and perverts, and whores, and perfidious Joos, perhaps, lurking in these hallowed halls. And yet I thank God for you all. Yes, I thank God even for the hemorrhoids that lurk on the bottom of the body of Christ.

For how much brighter in comparison, how much holier, how much more precious are those of you for and through whom the Light of Christ has shown most abundantly? And knowing there is a well-deserved Hell for them, doesn't that make us even more happy that Jesus is preparing a mansion for us in Glory?

But I speak of those through whom the light of God has shown so clearly. I speak of Sister BibleThumpinBlonde, Sister Talitha, Sister Roberta (especially Sister Roberta), Pastor Zeke, Pastor Billy-Reuben, and Brother Temperance. The list is too long to complete here, just know that I am reading your posts and find so many of you filled with Christ that I am ready to bust wide open!

I found myself in need of a savior at the tender age of 15. I was born again at New Hope Baptist Church (SBC) outside of Elsberry, MO, in 19...well, enough about that. I felt the call to preach very soon thereafter, and thence began my walk in the service of our Lord and Savior.

I attended Hannibal La-Grange College (SBC-it's certainly gone to the devil since) in Hannibal, MO, Bible Baptist College (now defunct) in Clarksville, TN (Independent Baptist), then graduated from Mississippi College (SBC), then Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

I currently hold a Ph.D. in Biblical Preaching and Bible Science from Trinity Valley Baptist Seminary beautiful, God's-country Kennedale, Texas. So you may be able to see that God was faithful in seeing me through the tribulations of some Laodicean colleges and universities, and bringing me through unscourged by those who mix reason with the Holy Word of God.

So again I say, I thank God for you all, through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, through Whom we have all things.
Working...
