    Hey

I'm Billy Bob from Chunky, Mis'sippi. I stumbled across your website and it is a God Send to me. I confess that I have allowed myself to see my wife as an equal partner and I am so excited to get started in the Promise Enforcers forum so that I can learn how to keep my woman in line.

Clearly you have yet to read your King James Bible if you still wonder how to keep your wife in line. The Bible is the ultimate resource of knowledge in existence:

      1 Timothy 2:11-15
      Colossians 3:18
      Ephesians 5:22
      Deuteronomy 25:11-12

      Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.

Sorry Pastor Ezekiel. I was born and raised in Chunky but now I am living in Amarillo. I moved here with my wife who is a nuclear physicist at the Pantex plant. I now realize that was a big mistake because now she makes more money than I do and thinks she can tell me what to do. I think I'm going to make her quit and stay home like a good Christian woman should. I'm hopin we can move back to Miss'ippi. I've never made more than minimum wage but my Uncle Bubba says he has an old trailer he can rent us.

I do confess that I have confounded myself by reading other versions of the Bible including dabbling in the original Greek and Hebrew. I realize now that if the KJV was good enough for Paul it should be good enough for me.

Surely you must realize that your wife is in a career which is pure evil. Although I would like a Pastor to correct me if I'm wrong in calling that career evil.

Only evil for a woman to do. All they are truly good for is taking care of our kids, cleaning our houses and making us dinner. I realize that now otherwise I would never have let it happen.

Nuclear physicist brought us the atomic bomb which allowed us to end WWII by killing and maiming massive numbers of civilians. What could be evil about that?

How long has your wife been mopping up at the plant? How many sons has she placed in her wringer bucket for Jesus? Why isn't she home scrubbing the bathroom floor?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

The career doesn't matter. She shouldn't be working at all.

                Titus 2:3–4

I've been living in the dark too long. I'm going to set my wife straight on this. Any advice on how to do this?

Living in the dark? Your wife does not get you free electricity? The cable guy gets free cable.
I would think you being such a devout Baptist, you'd be sure to have your house in order.
