Re: Hi
So Zort, you say the high priest of the Radio Controlled Church wanted to quite and become a travel agent. Am I correct in that you wanted to be his 'cabin boy'?
Do lay testimony to your depravity and how you realized Jesus was by your side all along, all you had to do was ask Him for a helping hand.

Re: Hi
Catholics just make up any old nonsense about God as they go along and have an Italian style mother worshipping fetish. They have a set of prejudices and simply twist the Bible (when they can be bothered acknowledging it) to fit their child-buggering purposes. It's good you've turned your back on them and are now prepared to accept the real God of the actual Bible into your heart because twisting the literal word of God in such a way is, of course, impossible if you read it as we show you.

Re: Hi
Where to start? Early teens I guess, that's when I felt that the Church, or at least the church I belonged to, was corrupt in every way imaginable. It all kind of came to a head when it was discovered that the local priest at my church decided that he had enough and he wanted to become a "travel agent", true story.
I'll be the first to admit that the RC church is a big lie and filled with contradictons, and a really bad historical rap sheet. One god, three divinities? And I have to pray to the pope directly? No thanks.
And being here in Canada is strange, nobody wants to talk about Christianity for fear of offending some dirty muslim who thinks nothing of forcing us to let their kids pray in our public schools, that's how gutless people are here, makes me sick.
I know, and you do too, that whatever issues people have with Christians, it was the Christian faith that is the basis for our modern western civilization, the one that people from all over the world want to come to so they can talk shit about us while enjoying our freedoms and our superior way of life. They can come here, I don't mind, but come here and adapt, don't try to change our culture...
So, that was a bit of a rant, I'm a flawed human being, but I'm honest. At least I'll know that much.

Re: Hi
Welcome Zot, may I call you Zort? Marvelous.
I guess be a catlick meant you were unable to have turkey for Thanksgiving, my condolences. Tell me, when was it you realized you were praying to a false God (and a female to boot)? I be you wish you were a Christian. It is terrific being part of the "In" crowd.

Re: Hi
No worries. A lapsed Catlick is actually one step closer to the truth. Too bad you are going to hell for being prejudiced, though. We don't hate anyone based on their race, only on whether or not God hates them (Romans 9:13). The tree is known by its fruits. My favourite bible verse:
Philippians 4:8
Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
I also hate Portuguese and Roma people.

Hi
Hey fellow land rovers,
I'm a lost soul looking for some kind of guidance, and I need tough love. I think joining this forum may help me a little as I try to get my life back on track, and maybe, maybe I can summon the strength to become a good Christian again, forever.
Looking forward to your reply,
