it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance James.
Ramika is only a screen name. It's not my given name. My given name is Kimberly.
I live in Southwestern Ontario (about 1.5 hours from Windsor), so although it is winter here, it's certainly not an ice pack.

I found my way to this forum while researching Domestic Discipline. I read the multi page thread on the subject here on the forum and thought I should register rather than just creeping around behind the scenes.

I wouldn't describe myself as being limp wristed in any way, but I do believe the man is the head of the household and it would be rather counter productive and probably a little difficult if I tried to discipline myself.
That's up to my husband.

I came here looking for guidance and perhaps some advice from time to time.
If you have any other questions for me, please feel free to ask. It will be my pleasure to answer them for you.

Ramika?? What kind of a name is that? Certainly not a Christian one. Sounds like a jigaboo name from Detroit (though I guess it could be from Windsor). Are you one of those eskimoes from the ice pack? Why do you need a firm hand, are you too limp wristed?
