  • My introduction

    Goodday, my friends,

I go by the name of Tarnezal. I am from the Netherlands and I grew up in a christian familiy. My favorite bible verse is Galatians 3:28.

28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

I came to find Jesus trough the bible. His teachings thouch my heart at a deep level and I will follow them nonetheless.

I hope to find more love from chirstians on this site and, where aplicable, I hope to share my thoughts on things.

    With Kind Regards,

    Tarnezal

Welcome to the online forum of God's favorite Church!

Tell us more about your thoughts and what that verse you quoted means to you.

Matthew 13:41-43 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

My dearest appologies, I forgot to add my history with the church. Unfortunally, I do not have a church near me who spread the teachings correctly.

That's truely a shame. As I understand it, Holland is chock full of sin. Is there traditional marriage there or is it true that all of the women are prostitutes?

Don't forget to tell us what your quoted verse means to you!

What does Tarnezal mean? I spent some time in Holland and never met a person with that name.

Were you in the dutch army? Those guys were pretty good soldiers as far as europeans go, but MAN they looked unprofessional with their beards and ratty uniforms.

          Yours in Christ,

Thank you for you welcome, Pastor.

Not all women are prostitutes. There are many traditional marriages in my region, fortunnally . I have attended to most.

As of the quote, it means allot. This was the quote on how I came to understand Jesus better. This quote reminds me of the unity his teachings bring. Thats why it means so much to me.

Tarnezal is the name I carry. As far as I know, it has no specific meaning. And neither have I met someone with that name. I wonder why I have it..?

And, no, I haven't been in the military. I am still 20 years old and thus still learning all of the teachings of Jesus and learning about the world.

Thank you to, mr. Smyth, for your welcome.

            Regards,

            Tarnezal

              Welcome young lady.

How many sins have you extruded for Jesus?

How do you keep from getting splinters in your feet?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Thank you for replying, Mr. Hutchins. I must apologise, I have not been clear enough. I am not a female, but a male. I should have added this in my first post.

I have confessed my sins to Jesus and I hoped for enlightment of him. Although I find it hard to know if I have been enlightment. That why I am here, hoping to find help in this path.

As for keeping the splinter out of my feet, I watch very clossely where I walk.

You will not know if your apologies to God are accepted until judgement day. This is why you must do exactly as is written in the Bible each and every day. Some of it is tough to swallow, some seems cruel, but God created us and he knows best.

Very true. That is why you must pray to God to have Him have Jesus hold your tightly and put the love of His Glory into you.

I'm confused. Maybe it's the accent, but I thought you said, "this quote reminds me of the unity his[sic] teachings bring."

Can you explain what you mean by unity?

Luke 12:51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division

Revelation 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

But of cource. With unity I mean the unity his teachings brings between the true believers. Believing and following together sounds like unity to me, or is this word poorly chosen?
