A bastard is pretty much cut off from Salvation™ right from the get-go, since they're not even supposed to be allowed into the congregation.

    Deuteronomy 23:2
A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

They are among those whom God created to be preordained to eternal torments.

    Psalm 58:3
The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.

    Romans 9:21
Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

    Jude 1:4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

If nothing else, they can serve as a reminder to us of how fortunate we are to be chosen by God to join Him in Heaven (John 6:44). So their existence is not entirely without purpose.

    Pastor,

Don't all bastard children burn in HELL no matter how many prayers their parent's pray, repentful or not?

You just said she made you move out (because you are a whore). She smartly realized if you were going to spread your legs every time a ship pulled into port, she did not want your 'spitting at Jesus' to soil her home.

You are saying he is a God mocker, yet I need to Marry him. That is confusing. I ask because I would like for you to point out some helpful scripture. I have not read the whole book enough to quote off the top of my head. Is this more understanding for you Brother ?
If you actually had read the Bible, you'd know what scripture is appicable. I have kindly offered assistance to you only to have you squat on my boots. Until you start living by the Bible, I cannot help you. Just like how your mother feels, I (and I am sure every other person) cannot do everything for you. God only helps those that helps themselves (and this does not mean to a mans seed).

    Is your last name 'Gump'?

I am calm. I am disappointed, as I am sure your parents are.

The quote you cited above is from Paul, not Jesus (Romans 3:23). Prior to receiving Jesus Christ as our personal LORD and Savior, we are all deserving of eternal hellfire (Psalm 51:5, Psalm 58:3, Revelation 21:8). It is through the BLOOD OF JESUS that our sins are washed away and that we may inherit the Kingdom (Acts 20:28, I Corinthians 6:19-20).

Three chapters later, Paul assures us that once we are Saved™, our past lives have been crucified with Christ and we are free from sin.

    Romans 6:6-7
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Paul goes on to assure us that once we are Saved™, our thoughts, words and deeds are justified by none other than the Creator of the world. So you see, as blood-bought children of the LORD, we cannot sin. Glory!

    Romans 8:30-33
Moreover, whom He predestined, those He also called; and whom He called, those He also justified; and whom He justified, those He also glorified.
What then shall we say of these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
Who shall lay anything to the charge against God's elect? It is God who justifieth.

Being a True Christian™ isn't a simple matter of raising your hand or checking the right box on a demographic survey. Having confessed our sins, bathing in the BLOOD OF JESUS to wash them away, we go forth into the world as beacons of righteousness and perfection, serving as an example for all men to follow (Matthew 5:14-15).

If you cannot feel the righteousness and perfection that comes with being one of Jesus' elect brimming over within you, it simply means you have some more work ahead of you before your Salvation™ is guaranteed. My family and I will pray for you.

Not by any means, sir. I need to be corrected so I can understand. Please do pray for me. It would be very much appreciated.

I'm not even a pastor, and I know the answer to this question. It's the same answer that applies to every single verse in the Bible:

He meant exactly what He said.

    Duh.

Amen! I'm beginning to feel like this girl is more interested in trying to find loopholes in God's law, as opposed to obeying it.

Whosoever abideth in Him sinneth not; whosoever sinneth hath not seen Him, neither known Him.
Little children, let no man deceive you. He that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous.
