    hi I am Johan

    I was a catholic and i am searching for a more biblical religion.
    i used to go to a catholic church every weekend, i started to read the king james bible recently.
    i am Canadian
    and i am curious about this religion. so tell me more about please.

    Dear Johan, I know that Papists aren't supposed to read their Bible, but only hear it from their pastors, but do you have a favorite Bible verse or not?
    John 20:27: Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.

      unfortunately i never really read the catholic bible much.
      so i recently started reading the king james bible, so i dont have the confindence to state one yet. but when i do i'll post it.

        Well Johan, welcome.
        You should really read the entire KJV Bible and get a good handle on what God expects. He does not cotton lightly to people who think they can just 'blow through' and be magically Saved(c).
        Realize God is going to expect a ot from you though in the grand scheme, 80 years of unerring devotion is nothing when compared to an eternity of bliss in Heaven.

          It's a good sign you started reading the Scripture.

              hmm i always thought it was a metaphor for the last supper.
              but know that i think about it, it makes sense for that to happen(the cookie always tasted like a cookie not anything else).

                      Stupidity is when you are foolish or aren't very mentally quick.
                      Ignorance is when you don't know that you did is wrong, and is unintentional.

                        Sorry, it is very hard to tell the difference when a person is ignorant. They just come across as stupid.
                        In either case, how is anyone to know that you are aware of the date? A stupid person simply does not know, an ignarant person does not care. I personally find that people that chose to be ignorant are pretty stupid.

                          I agree with most of what you said, and it is true it is hard sometimes to tell the differences between stupidity and ignorance.
                          However most people are accidentally ignorant, for example a person can own a car and know how to use it, but not know how exactly the car works and might do something to damage the car without meaning to. Due to this ignorance of not knowing how the car works.

                              Dont worry, pastor likes to mock people. He has devoted his life to the lord and do not like outsiders. Iv'e been checking his page, no one likes him
