How many times a day does your husband beat you? I heard that the real reason Muslims insist on having the women covered from head to toe is so all the bruises don't show. Is that true? How many other wives does your husband have?

No, I have not followed the history as closely as I should have.

Actually, I am a man, though young. I have been told I more resemble my mother than my father in facial features, so that may have led to the confusion. Then again, it must be difficult to identify one by just their eyes.



Truthfully, Muslim women should only conceal their bodies and the hair on their heads, not their entire faces, but cultural traditions and government laws have enforced this on many women.

Surely it's not so terrible that, in the brief interludes between raping his preteen "wives," Muhammad crams his gaping maw full of undercooked pork products, finally wiping the drool and pig juice off his greybead with crumpled pages ripped from the Koran? What exactly is offensive about that?

If I'd known you were sensitive I would have stuck to knock-knock jokes.

Pork is haraam, or forbidden, in Islam. Surely Muhammad (pbuh) consumed no pork in his life. The other prophets (pbut) didn't. Also, where do you get the idea of him raping anyone?

I am content the way I am, but I will remain open-minded to new things if I receive credible proof and information to support other arguments.
