  • Hey all

I was told to make an introductory post here for satan (apparently the post I made before this was satanist or something, it was removed. It was somewhat provocative though).

I was kind of intrigued by this forum. It's quite strange to read all this when I don't know any people myself that come even near such a radical lifestyle (if I may call it radical; I mean radical as in radically correct). I can hardly believe anyone wants to put that much dedication in religion. I won't say I never think about Big Questions such as where we all come from, where does the universe ends, etc etc, but I find it quite easy to live without religion. I live and love just like anyone else, and I function quite good in todays society.

I don't really believe in a God, or at least not in God as in the Bible. Also can't really say I have a favorite Bible verse, since I never really read the bible before. Sure, we used to read the Bible in school, but that was when I was twelve.

Also, what intrigues me so much about you guys is that you all believe in the bible so radically, while in large parts of the world it is already seen as common knowledge that humans weren't created by the legend of creation. (I'm just stating what I know here, I'm not trying to convert anyone). I can honestly say that I have never even met a single person in my life that truly thought that we weren't descendants from other animal species.

Let's say you needed to replace a head gasket on a Jeep. There are a lot of complicated steps involved, and some very precise measurements you need to adhere to (ft./lbs. of torque for instance). Failure to follow them TO THE LETTER will result in an unserviceable vehicle.

Now, do you describe mechanics as "radical" when they follow the manual? Of course not.

(James 2:10) "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."

You're the Jeep, son, and it's going to have to last you for an eternity. Won't you please follow the instructions?

      Yours in Christ,

      Z. Smyth

Well now you've met me. I didn't evolve from "other animal species." I came from a rib.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

          Re: Hey all

@Zechariah: Do you think it would be possible for people who believe in a different religion not to follow the 'manual' and still be happy? So to say, drive in this jeep with a wheel that brakes down every now and then, but still enjoy the view and the ride

@Mary: I do not share this belief, but I do respect it though. I was wondering if you know a lot of people that don't believe in the Bible, and if so, is it hard to live with these people? I can imagine that an issue this sensitive leads to many (verbal) conflicts.

Life is not about being happy! This is a very common misunderstanding among atheist.
Life is about avoiding Hell at any cost and serve God with all your body, all your heart and all your soul.
Less twinking and more praying is what you need to focus on.

What are you talking about? We just don't want to burn in hell for all eternity.

Are you nuts? Society is falling apart because of your ilk. You've kicked prayer out of public schools and taught that man can be good all by himself without divine help. We know that when you teach children they come from monkeys, they will act like monkeys. Godlessness promotes constant blood-crazed killing and sodomizing, not to mention offering dismembered cats to Satan.

Let's see if Dawkins can save your tarnished soul in the last day.

So what? I don't care what "large parts of the world" believe or don't believe. God already declared that most of the world is going to be thrown into the seething caldron of Gehenna. Very few will be in heaven. (See Matt 7:13-14) Even as God's favorite people we will barely get in. (I Cor. 10:12)

To think that some people are stupid enough to believe that we came from animals makes us laugh quite hard all the time. We know that we are the descendants of mud and breath.

Clearly you do not respect it enough. Not only do people like you trounce my rights as a Christian-American, you come here and mock these beliefs you supposedly respect.

I don't live or socialize with people who reject God because He commands me to be faithful to Him and not be tempted into spiritual adultery.

But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Is it possible to be happy in a hedonistic human life? Sure.

But it leads to an eternity of torment in God's Lake of Fire. Your fleeting time on Earth is but a blink of the eye compared to the time God will torment you for denying His Unconditional Love!
