But who is "pummelling" your beliefs? It seems to me you don't know what you believe. You throw an idea out because you have an emotional attachment to some idea, but upon reflection, it makes no sense. The good men here are only cutting to the chase to illuminate the flaws in your message. They are very busy and important men, they don't ramble on before getting to the point like we ladies do!

I'm not exactly a believer of magic; my belief is that you borrow the energy we have from the Earth and when we pass we become a part of the Earth once again.
We all have energy, even animals and food and when we decompose we give the energy back to the Earth. I suppose they could be said to be souls, but not in a Christian context.

So what is this if not magic? It's not science and it can't be religion because it's not in the Bible. It must be magic. Did you not know that you believe in magic? Perhaps you'd like to rethink things a bit.

I respect you do not believe in this and as someone has suggested I would not try to influence you to believe such things.

I wonder. I think if you truly respected my beliefs, you would try to learn about them. Hearing the Word of God produces faith (Romans 10:17). I think if you really did respect my beliefs, the Holy Spirit would be overwhelming to you and you couldn't deny His Holy Power. I think you're here to poke fun.

The laundry is hung on the line, the little ones are taking their naps, the older ones are doing their copy work (they're working through the Book of Leviticus this month). Pray tell, what domestic duties are you sneaking away from to come join us?

I have to say, having you here will be such a treat. I don't know any agnostic pagan atheists (can I call you an agnopagatheist?). I have so many questions for you! Like, how does this magical energy work? Does it mechanically manipulate your neural pathways when you think about something? Does it ever hinder you or encourage you to do something you otherwise wouldn't think to do? Do you think animals and trees and even the yeast in your bread have souls and will they go to agnopagatheist heaven in your opinion?

Anyway, I contacted Rev. Seol and he would like you to attend a service at his Love Church. Many orientals dismiss Jesus because he doesn't have slanty eyes but you have to remember that He loves all the little children in the world and that includes you yellow folks. Sometimes worshiping with your own kind is more conducive to spiritual enlightenment. Here in America the nigras attend their own churches like the African Methodist Episcopal which is an extremely vocal offshoot of the C of E.

My name is Kim and I am an Agnostic, I say this because I do not believe in God.
I do, however believe there may be an energy which wills us to do what we do. If I were to select a religion I would be Pagan, but would also not frown upon being seen as an Athiest.

I am not here to argue; just observe, research and understand. If I make a statement, it is purely to learn and try to understand why "True Christians" believe and say what they do.

Young lady, that is the entirety of your problem with not having faith in my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May I suggest that you start with Genesis 1:1 (In the beginning...) and continue reading until you reach the word "Amen" in Revelation 22:21.

I don't think it's us you need to worry about offending so much as you need to worry about offending God and my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The worst anyone here will do is ban you from this forum. God will ban you from Heaven.

If you truly wish to understand our religion, you must read the King James Bible. I would recommend the 1611 version, but I think many pastors at Landover are okay with the 1900 version as well. As you read it, understand that it is the inerrant Word of God, all of which is to be taken literally.

No, as I do not believe in the teachings you have quoted, I do not believe in being the servant of man.

Whether you believe them or not is unimportant. We follow God's rules, which are not open for interpretation or debate.

Firstly I wish to thank those who do welcome me and you may have some quarrels with what I believe but I assure you that I have no reason to be angry with God. I just, put simply, do not believe he exists.
I know many of you worry about my soul, but rest assured that if God is real and He wishes me to be a part of his flock then maybe in future I will find my way.

Pretty much everything that makes us believe and say what we do can be found in the Bible. You should be warned that God hates it when He loses a soul, so expect to have some Bible thrown at you while you're here.

The Bible tells us that God selects who will go to Heaven and who will go to Hell before we're born. I guess you're just one of the Hell group. You certainly won't be lonely.
