Re: I believe I'm finished here.

Being half black and half puerto rican is no excuse not to learn what "The introduction forum" means. Is there a long winded mexican forum this could be reposted to? Somewhere Rose can get the good christian help she needs in her native puerto rican language of spanish or mexican?

Good luck switching to your heathen profession, Satan will be handing out your paycheck.

My real name is Rose Williams and I am 19 years old. Simply put, I am half Black half Puerto Rican. I am a Liberal Arts major and I plan to switch into the Speech Pathology major next semester. I can often be found wearing jeans and a t-shirt. I go to Bethel Gospel Assembly, and yes, I'm Pentecostal. I want to share a little bit of my testimony with you all, so that you can see that I did actually try my best to fit into your ideas of a good Christian.
I grew up in Harlem with my mother and father until I was six. My father was an abusive man, and often times him and my mother would be fighting. The reason I act so strange now- is because I saw my father kill my mother. When I was six, I saw my father strangle my mother to death, and he told me that if I ever did anything odd without apologizing he'd kill me as well...
I accepted Christ at the age of six because I knew from what my mother told me that even if I didn't have a stable earthly father, I'd be able to have a perfect Father in heaven- God. Ever since, I've made the best of my circumstances, and tried to mask the pain as much as possible. But after this experience, I'm speaking up. I am not evil, I'm not weak, and I'm not a fake Christian. I'm stronger than a lot of girls my age are, and I don't need a husband to rely on.
In any event, I pray that everyone here will be blessed. I pray that you may wake up and realize that everyone is different, and just because one is unique doesn't mean that God hates you. You see, there are some words that I have internalized. It's a prayer of sorts:
    Lord we will go
    We'll go to the nations
    For this generation
    Lord we will go
    Lord we will go
To the widow and the orphan
To the wounded and the broken
    Lord we will go
    Lord we will go
To the lost and the dying
    We hear your people crying
    Lord we will go
    Lord we will go
To the world that we live in
To the harvest that is waiting
    Lord we will go

Now I don't know about you, but I'm going to go reap the harvest. God bless you.

    Yours In Christ,
    Rose Williams

You know, I think I'll give my life to Jesus once and for all. I'm tired of stumbling around blinded by sin. How can I give my life to Christ?

'Trying' does not cut it, you have to do it. God only loves winners, the Devil loves the losers.

I can easily pass for a white girl. Trust me, I've pulled it off on numerous occasions

If you can "pass" that's major! The biggest bucks always get the white women.

Shy Rita, its times like this - making important decisions that will affect the likelihood of burning for eternity in Hell - that I wish I'd listened to what my Grandfather said.

We won't excuse it. That won't help you at all. You need only one thing dear, and that's to get right with Jesus.

    The real Jesus.

    Not your version of Jesus.

    God's version of Jesus.

He can be found in one place and one place only.

Sorry Rita, but if it is excuses for foolishness you are looking for, you will not find it here. We are going to encourage you to find Salvation(tm) and give up the path of wickedness.

Consider Jesus; He temporarily died for you.

You were welcomed. The three green bars you got on your reputation points, shows the fact that True Christians here has been very warm and welcoming towards you.

If you truly love JESUS and have faith in him, you'll serve him by getting the hell out of Harlem. Everything is possible with JESUS, but judging from your doubts you obviously don't believe that.

Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Then why do you have an award that label you as a Negroe poster, under your name?

We have opened our loving arms to you and been honest about Jesus at every step. It's not our fault you hate Him and want to make up your own fake Jesus in his place. We even tried to help you become an ex negro.

You'll not get a deal like that from false Christian churches who lie to you just so you'll be their friend and give them your cash.

You can do it anywhere by making your life a witness to 100% Biblically correct True Christianity™. There are people on this discussion board who do it in Godless Canada and Europe.
