Why do you not help anyone under 18? I see that it is in your rules, but why is it there?

For the King James version, why do you insist on using it?

I will have to think of more as they come. =p
The under 18 policy is because christianity is an adult subject. We don't want anyone here to have made a commitment to Jesus when they can't even shave. Do you really think a person under 18 can make an informed decision on what religion they will have and who will be their saviour for the rest of their lives?

Children under 18 have a tendency to "accept Jesus" because they are brought up in an household that goes to church every sunday and the child "accepts Jesus" not because they believe it to be true, but as a way to get approval from authority figures.

Deuteronomy 1:39 sets the "age of accountability" at 20.

39 Moreover your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, and your children, which in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in thither, and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it.

To me, if you aren't mature enough to vote, you aren't mature enough to be a christian. If I had my way, If you couldn't drink legally, you couldn't be a christian.

yikes. I have been looking around your site, and you guys seem to come at people really harsh. Why is it that you do not show the love of Christ? Yes He rebukes sin, but didn't He hang out with sinners and acted kindly towards them? You guys seem to lack that... I see it as a fundamental part, how can you convert if you bash the people? Maybe you see it differently, but that is just me.

We do show the love of Christ. We love people in Christian love enough to warn them off of the road to hell. God is not some cosmic fluffy bunny, and He does not command us to let sinners slide off into the lake of fire so that we may be P.C. and tolerant.

Yes, Christ associated with sinners, but He did not just ignore their sin. He said to the woman caught in adultery, "go, and sin no more" (John 8:11). He said of the woman with the box of ointment, "Her sins, which are many, are forgiven" (Luke 7:47).

Now only if those words you said were what you expressed everywhere. You guys show no love. Yes you tell the person of their sin, but do it in a way that shows the love and GRACE of Christ. You are quick to damn and slow to show grace. I will agree, you do need to show people their absolute depravity in light of their sins, and their eternal need for a Savior, but do it in the same way Christ did. I see you guys going around swearing and using words that are unclean, you make threads about death and damnation. Yet when I say I play video games, you condemn me for it.

Our Lord sometimes resorted to harsh words and even harsh actions. Remember the moneychangers? Being all touchy-feely-huggy-kissy doesn't work with everyone.

So you think Jesus is a joke? The Word of God is a bon mot? How much laughing will you be doing when you find yourself gargling sulphur through your charred lips as you're burning in unimaginable, never-ending agony?
You really need to sit down with the Bible, learn it, and get yourself right with the Lord before it's too late.

Well now, Mr Va silly, I see they've put you on moderation a mere hour or so after joining our Godly boards. That figures. You must have pooped on the Pastors, so to speak. Anyway I'll bet you're a foreigner. Poop on that.
Read your Bible, boys and girls. Jesus likes educated people. That's my take on it.
