Can I be saved even though I have High Anxiety????

I'm so glad to have finally found a forum to address the anxiety that has been slowly consuming me for several years.

You see while I feel that I do everything possible to become a True Christian, there is one huge and seemingly insurpassable hurdle.

I'm not a citizen of God's chosen country - the United States of America

I had the misfortune to be born is the soviet socialist republic of (not-so-Great-anymore-in-the-eyes-of-God) Britain, a country where even our 'conservatives' have fallen from the true path of godly righteousness ( http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/...zjS_story.html )

I fear that God's choice for my country of birth might be a punishment for sins I am yet to commit - or may have unwittingly committed in my youth.

As a result I have doubled my efforts to purge sin from my fleshy vessel - for example I regularly place myself in the way of demonic temptation by purchasing gay "lifestyle" magazines (and they say gayness is not a lifestyle choice - HAH!), plaster their contents across the walls of my abode, and furiously pummel my snake of satan in punishment while I look at the sinful images of young men's taut, athletic, and often oiled, bodies in a variety of provocative poses - daring the minions of satan to test my resolve while I do so.
    I have never faltered !!!!!!!

However despite my efforts to reach the high standards of the American True Christian, I still find that my efforts to emigrate to the USA have been declined - yet were I a brown skinned pagano-catholic from the south or an (undoubtedly) homosexual "entertainer" from Europe I would be welcomed.
I am neither brown, pagan, nor gay, in fact I am a prime example of blonde haired, blue eyed, anglo-saxon, heterosexual christian manhood - surely there should be a special dispensation for immigration of those grounds?

    Welcome Mel!
No mortal person is perfect. Only God can be. We can only strive to not be completely despised by Him.
I suggest you go to Mexico and come across the border looking for work as a gardener. Once in, you can wipe off the brown shoe polish and assimilate in to the US or A. But get your teeth fixed first.
God welcomes all that believe in Him and are willing to devote all their efforts toward the promotion of His majesty.

What verse from the KJV most aptly fits todays troubling times?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Thank you Brother James for your advice - this had of course crossed my mind already, however I am afeared that should by brown disguise slip for just one moment I would become a target for the sodomitic lust of the pagan earth tillers I stole across the border with (what more apt job for a pagan than plant worship?)

Mal. 2, 3 Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.

clearly a reference to gay disease (both the disease of actually being gay, and the diseases that are transmitted from it) and their ungodly fixation with the scatalogical

Friend, there are times when you have to accept the suffering God throws at you and you should not question it nor shirk your task. Remember, if it is not pleasurable, it must mean God is testing you. Put on that happy face. There has been many a time where I have had to subject myself to unspeakable deeds in an effort to spread Gods Love. Just remember it is better to give than to receive.

Clearly my username is a reference to the plight of zionist manufacturers of dairy products working their hardest in difficult times to bring about the End Of Days for the Rapture Ready

The BBC's Philip Hampsheir hears why the price of cheese has become a national talking point in Israel.

And why would Jews be working toward a Christian rapture, which would hasten their own slaughter and eternal damnation?

I think one should read one's scripture.

The christ-killers play a central role in the biblical prophecies which fortell the End Of Days

Yes, they do. But you suggest they are doing so intentionally. Why would they speed the timetable of their own massacre?

Perhaps you should read your Scripture.

Do tell, what church do you attend? Have you read the Bible?

No, friend, it's not OK that you have High Anxiety or any other Mel Brooks film. I had several of that Jewish pornographer's movies on VHS tape before I got saved, including the blasphemous History of the World, Part One and the scientifically inaccurate Spaceballs.

When I found Jesus, I threw them out with the rest of the trash.
