Im not sure what a heart of hearts is but for me it never seemed believable. I was raised in a Christian home. had a great education. then i started realizing how flawed religion is so i cut myself off from it. But hey god could exist i do not deny that but it is highly unlikely that he does.untill i see actual undeniable proof of it i wont believe it. Now a question for you.If you were in a culture that belived in something that you cant physically see or hear with no legible proof of his existence would you believe it? You're not an atheist. The fact that you're on the fence about whether to believe in God or not just shows how you can't think for yourself.

As i said god could exist but i have yet to see proof that he does exist so i don't believe in him. If the bible was proven 100% false would you still believe it?

Uhh one i have many atheist friends and from my point of veiw im a pretty typical athiest. Like i said before hand your forum has a pretty bad misconception of us and i hope to clear that to to add understanding on both sides. Also i would like to inform you on a typical athiests day

>make breakfast
>go to work
>arrive home

We don't want to kill all Christians we don't like murdering babies we don't take orders from Satan.

YES, IT DOES. If that message assumes the existence of God or "gods" (and it does, by crediting them with action in this universe), and you agree with it completely, then you believe in God/gods, and are not an atheist.

I made my previous comment as simple and clear as can be yet you simply glossed over it to save yourself from the shame of embarrassment. It is completely counter to your follow up comment.

Im sorry i missed the point i thought i pretty much covered it. God could exist just i dont see any hard evidence of it. As i hope you can see from my posts i have tried to keep an open mind as i always do.

did you read the whole post?. i did not write that, that was an article i said i liked the message of it. Just because i like an article that has the word god in it does not mean i believe in him
