    Hey all =)

    Names Dillon. I'm a former U.S. Army Infantryman (101st Airborne (Air Assault)). I was raised as a christian but was quickly turned off to religion due to my parents. I love them now and am on good terms with them. One thing you may not like about me is that I found God through many beautiful Psylocibin mushroom and LSD trips. I haven't ever been as close to God as I have been the past 2 months and I used Acid as a tool to get here. I'm sure many will flame me for my unorthodox methods for finding Christ but I really don't care. I'm here to discuss scripture and my love for God and what he has awaiting us all when we leave this earth.

    All "acid" will help you find is an uninhibited imagination.

    You're not seeing God, you're seeing what you want God to be.

    God is in the Bible, not in a "tab". Try reading it and learn who He really is, instead of who you want Him to be.

        We're talking about your eternal life, not my pre-Salvation past.

          Friend, God is not an 'acid trip'. You saw Satan, wooing you with pretty colors, a slick hot tounge in your ear and his scaly paw down your pants..
          God does not need the shooting the drugs to be a part of your life. He comes inside of those that follow His Word as written in the Bible.
          Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
          Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
          Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
          Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
          Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
          Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

            Because you just said all acid does is create an uninhibited imagination. I want you to verify your comment with real experience otherwise it's an irrelevant point.

              Of course I have dropped acid and shrooms. All they do is make you go into your own mind while blurring your perception. Tim Leary called it consciousness building exercises. He would ask you to pretend to be someone else and actually become that person.

                Thank you..you know exactly what it does due to experience. Unless you have this experience you shouldn't promote your opinions as facts.

                And to the user above you..

                I never said God was the acid trip. All acid did was reiterate in my mind what I already knew was the truth. You people have no idea how acid works do you. It just reinforces beliefs and the truth that you might've already known but had too cloudy of a mind to understand. Acid isnt just pretty colors..its a spiritual journey.
