    Re: Help..

Welcome Tom. All the answers you seek are in the KJV 1611 Bible. Read it

You need to be forever grateful to Jesus, not us. It is Him who might allow you in Heaven. Maybe.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Thank you James, It's nice someone is putting me on the right path. I have found myself really struggling with moral issues since completing my tour of Afghanistan.

Maybe he did not clear all residences of the occupants.

When I was in the 'Nam, we'd toss a grenade in the hooch then simply light them up with the 'Zippo'. Sometimes gooks would come running out like ants and we'd clean them up with the fifty.
I know if I missed one, I'd have a hard time sleeping that night. You cannot trust the slants. They are all inscrutable.

Young man, you need to look no further than the King James Bible (Version 1611). In it, our LORD has laid out everything you need to know to attain salvation and find his love.

            Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
            Exodus 34:6
And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
            Deuteronomy 32:4
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

Of course, we find ourselves in a tough pickle here, considering who knows what the godless country you live in has been telling you. But you still have a chance at redemption.

We need you to open up your heart to Christ, to read his Authorized True Word, so that ye may be saved from Satan's grasp. Are you willing to do that for us, young man? Are you willing to quit mingling with the Unsaved as God wants you to?
