  • Here I am

I see now I am expected to say something about myself in my time here Well, that is hard to do because Do we know ourselves? I don't know.

I am grateful to the changing ways that have made so many peoples lives my life included- for the better in our country. Still, there is understand to be done and hands to be stretched out and that's what I'm here for- to bridge the gap and share what our experiences are with religion- How did we get here? where are we going?

My mother told me this group can 'lash out' with under cutting and race to the judgment before the horse is out of the barn, but I am always willing to give anyone a fresh start 3 times and don't hold a grudge against anyone for that..

So there you have it. Welcome

    Welcome to God's favorite forum!

Not that hard as you're asked to tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

"Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up." (Hosea 13:16)

      Re: Here I am

I was raised Unitarian and then Agnostic. At certain points my Parents just said Look- No one knows for sure Maybe Yes, Maybe No. Go out and find out, for yourself. Good parents do that- let the child take the steps for themselves in Life.

I do not have a favorite Bible verse. I will look for one. I have an old copy of The Strongs Concourse out in the garage I think from college.

I imagine a Concordance would be more useful than a meetingplace of multiple pathways.
        Bible boring? Nonsense!

          Lemme get this straight...

You come to use a forum free to you (not free to run), enjoy the benefits of having such services as Bible study, a family friendly forum with which to socialize with True Christians™, only to announce you are willing to give us a "fresh start"?

          Why are you here?
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

I dont judge but My mother came to this site at a time she was shaky and you pulled the stuffing out of her and raked it over the coals. She is better now but not the way she was. Someone has to speak for Her

I have said I will continue what she was doing here and shed light on the opinions of ALL the People, not just the few but the all. , NOT JUST THE FEW BUT THE all.

That aside I do not bear grudges about the past it is the Present we live in

So your mother and you are privy to the opinions of ALL people?

Tell me, how did you gain this knowledge?

And if you know the opinions of ALL people, would the FEW not be a subset of the ALL?

What makes you think we are interested in your opinions?

This is a forum for Christian people to share our thoughts and praise God.

I've heard that too. Maybe that's what made her mother nuts.

But no, no, no. Everybody wants to blame Landover. Sheesh.

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
