  • Hello again!

My name is Johnny. I was previously registered as "Steel belted radials" but I got banned for it being repulsive. I want to make an apology for it, I had no idea it was repulsive to some but I hope this username is better!
    Anyhow,
I currently attend the Grove community church, a non-denominational church.
    My favourite Bible verse is:
Exodus 14:14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

because i find it very inspirational!

How I found jesus is a rather long tale. but to sum it up:
I was once athiest, i got in a car crash with my children, and i saw a white light and felt peace; when i woke up, i was in the hospital and all of my children were safe. It was noneother than the LORD looking after me!
thank you for the opportunity to be in this forum! I can't wait to discuss christianity with everyone!

Hello and welcome to the site brother!
    Psalm 107
1 O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
    2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
3 And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.

Hello Johnny. Thank you for following the rules about a proper introduction.

I too am a big fan of Exodus 14, especially the part was Moses parts the waters so the joos can get away from the egyptians, and then Moses lets the water come back together and kills a whole bunch of cat-worshipers!

Now: what do you mean you saw a white light? Do you believe you glimpsed Heaven?

      Yours in Christ,

        Re: Hello again!

Johnny, it is so refreshing to see somebody come to us and be completely honest about the fact that they'd been previously banned. You have no idea how many perma-banned trolls try to sneak back on here using false identities just so they can fool us into making ourselves vulnerable to them.

I feel the Lord is really working in your life. He probably wants you to get away from that non-denominational church as soon as possible, though.

I love the way that God kept hardening the Pharaohs heart so he had no free will how to behave.

          Exodus 10:1
And the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I might shew these my signs before him:

          Exodus 10:20
But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go.

          Exodus 10:27
But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he would not let them go.

          Exodus 11:10
And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.

So God made him keep the Israelites in Eqypt and then slaughtered all there first born babies, including the slaves babies because he didn't let them leave .

I think that's really funny, God is brilliant!

Genesis 22:2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.

I know God wouldn't let me believe in Him if He didn't exist.

I have my doubts about your story. Christians know how to spell "atheist".

Do tell, if you saw a white light and felt peace, why did you assume it was Jesus? A real atheist would think it was Hypoxia, their goddess of death.

Well, it wasn't instantaneous. I didn't believe at first it was Jesus, it was just a shortened version of the story. After the accident, I saw other signs that led to the obvious existence of our Lord over a period of a few months.

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you!
