Hello, We are Greedy People Who Refuse to Bathe in His Blood

I have to admit I have come here looking for help.
I consider myself a Christian and I pray. I was hoping to be able to post in the prayer room as well as ask for help.

I don't want to spam anybody's forums, but I am about to have a break down. I can't sleep, I feel horrible all of the time.

My husband and I have been homeless for over 3 months. We are in a temporary home at the moment, but we can't stay here much longer. My husband finally got a job, but he is having trouble getting to it because our car is breaking down and we are an hour away from his job.
We lived in the car and a tent until the tent broke. We almost died from the heat when the temperature was in the triple digits. We have sold everything we have except for my wedding rings.
I've asked for help from some friends and they have helped us a little bit, but we really need help. I know there are people out there who are in a lot worse situation than we are, and I feel guilty for even asking for help, but I don't know where to turn anymore...

If you delete this I understand, but I really hope that there is someone who really cares about others here. I'm losing faith quickly because I have asked for help from Christians and they have turned us down quicker than anyone. Churches don't seem to want to help anyone unless they are members. We can't even go to church...we don't have decent clothes, our car dies all the time and the cv joints are bad on it....we can't bathe all of the time.(we can right now because we are in a temporary house)....

Please...is there someone who can help us? I promise we are not scammers or con artists. We are just a couple who is having a hard time getting out of this deep hole we are in...
Please...I'm begging someone to help us.
If nobody can help us here...would you please pass this link on so that we have a chance?

I can certainly empathise you young, sir.

As I drove to work (new job, ding!) my car shuddered to a halt. It turns out the head gasket needs replacing and it can't be done for three days!

Life can be really tough but never forget that an inflexible belief in Jesus will see you through till He calls you to His arms (conditions obviously apply to this: please read the Bible(KJV1611) for full details).

But when all said a done it's only two days and the curtesy car is just about bearable.

      Yours in Christ.

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Assuming we even believe you (which most of us highly doubt), we are helping you to help yourselves by praying for you.

If we give to you, we are not enabling you to learn the lessons God has for you (See Psalm 37:25).

        Regards,

        Pastor Ed

          Re: Hello

Welcome friend. God only helps those that help themselves. Ask yourself this "What have I done for God today?" Have you given generously to your Church, showing Him the sacrifices you are willing to make for His Love?
You see friend, God hates people that are all about "me, me, me". He gave you life, He let your husband come home more or less intact. What did you do for Jesus?
I could easly throw $100K your way. But it would be hollow. Give to God, He will give it right back to you, ten fold.

Read your KJV. Spread His Word of Love and Compassion. Only then can you be Saved(c).
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Matthew 6:31-33: Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Philippians 4:19: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Dear friend, I envy you! These are the times that God truly shows His love for you.

(James 1:2-4) "My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing."

Praise the Lord! It sounds like you are having your own personal "Job Experience". While I cannot give you money (for tax and legal reasons), I can give you something much more valuable: my prayers. Clearly Jesus wants you to learn something via this experience, so I recommend that you listen to Him. Do whatever He commands. If you cannot afford food, He wants you to fast, living on His Word rather than food alone.

Enjoy it, friend: God is testing you! Remember:

                  hello, Oneofthegreedy!

I have to say, I find it odd that you are going online to seek assistance, instead of wandering down to your local Baptist church to seek out a food pantry.

Are you not a Christian, dear? Is that why the people in your own town won't help you?

Not to worry, we'll help you!

First, I'm going to pray for you. I will pray that you find Jesus this very night!

Second, I am going to make a donation of $1,000 to help you!

Since your link is no longer available, I will send it under your name to the Romney-Ryan campaign; they are working to bring more money to the job creators, who can then hire you. Won't that be wonderful?

It's called "trickle-down economics". Here's how it works:

                  Bible boring? Nonsense!
Try Bible in a Year with Brother V, or join Shirlee and the kids as they discuss Real Bible Stories!
You can't be a Christian if you don't know God's Word!

Another lazy panhandler looking for a hand-out, I see. A decent hair cut and a positive attitude is all you need to find a job.

People weren't so lazy when Ronald Reagan was the President of the Greatest Nation on Earth.

                    Just saying.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

You think you have it bad? Sales of my clean cut Jesus paintings are at an all time low and I have been living in an RV park for the last two years. Last month I lost my storage unit and had to move my wife and four children to a lean to outside the RV to make room for my back inventory. Things will look up once my McMansion in Minnesota finally sells but for now this is what I must do to live in Freehold and be close to God. Times are tough but my faith has never been stronger.

By the way, if you would like to purchase a print of Jesus After Haircut as a gift for the family you are mooching of of my prices have never been lower.
Leviticus 13:40 And the man whose hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean.

You can find a local Baptist Church for prayers, I suggest you use your library internet time searching for jobs and the addresses of local food pantries....
