No surprising, no, but folk need to remember this situation when the discussion about burning the Quran comes up.
Remember the revolution in Libya last year?
They probably burned more Qurans in that country than in all the other Muslim countries put together for a hundred years!
Currently, Syria is doing the same: burning entire cities with many thousands of Qurans inside all the houses they incinerate!!
And Allah, what does this god of the deserts made of cheap sand?
Nothing: it's just a cheap idol, too, fanatical Muslims worship in fear.

    ...

Religion shrinks brain cells and reduces the IQ of its victims.

Don't worry; one day you will find a sample of the Qu'ran and you will burn it - not the greatest sin, you know.
By the way, did you know the very fanatical Muslims are the ones who burn more q'urans in the whole wide world, in their fratricide wars?
Saw it live on the TV news: a burning house somewhere in Syria, after being bombed, and a holy Quran' burned to ashes!!
Muslims burn thousands of 'Qurans where Islam is the official language: Syria, Libya, Egypt, Palestine, Sudan, Iraq, Israel, Morocco, Lebanon, Iran, Saudi Arabia and all the others.
Every time they bomb a house they burn or destroy many holy Qurans'!!
It would be a worse sin to burn a KJV at the main entrance to this Landover holy church here.
Muslims burn more Q'ura'ns, that all.

I'm sorry to tell you, but that is a satanic bible you have there. I advise you to burn it immediately.

Please take a look at my sermon HERE on how to tell which Bible version is the one TRUE Word of God.
    The NRSV is not satanic.
Where did you learn such a thing PE?!!
    In training for the ministry?...
    The NKJV is worse.
How inconsiderate of you to tell the poor child to go burn her bible!!
Burn the Qura'n, yes, but not the bible!
Let the poor lady first be drunk with the HG and receive a message from above to that effect, and then, only then she might feel OK to burn her version and go get a pure KJV-1611.

Give the baby-in-christ time to grow in the spirit - you have now some repenting to do, I guess.

For the life of me, I do not understand why heathen females feel consumed to go to college and get a job. Had they any brains at all, they'd enroll in community college, take some sensible home ec. classes and spend their free time at Church, hoping to catch the eye of a young man who will tolerate them.
A womans job is to have babies, clean up after her husband and do home chores. What could be more fulfilling than that?

Thank you for your suggestion! I have to remember to not post when I'm not fully awake (as I was when I made my previous post).

You can read the KJV Holy Bible online right now. You clearly have access to the internet, reading the Word of God will be no extra financial burden to you.

Also, the LORD is not the goddess Fortuna. There is no such thing as being "lucky." If you want God's blessings, you will want to be grafted to the vine.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
    John 15:5

I'd post a picture of myself, but I don't have any good ones right now.
Why are you looking for a job? When I was your age I had four children and a fifth on the way. You should be spending every moment reading the Holy Bible (the right one), and preparing for marriage and motherhood. Don't waste this precious time looking for work! You'll just take that job away from a man anyway.

    Welcome, Stephanie!

Why are you unemployed? I can't imagine somebody being unemployed unless they just plain didn't want to work. That's not you, is it?

I know somebody who might be doing some hiring soon. Kindly post a picture of yourself and I'll see if I can get you hooked up with that opportunity!

    Congregationalist.

If I remember, I'll do it tomorrow since my parents are asleep and I probably shouldn't be burning anything without them knowing. On second thought, I may just end up keeping my Bible until I can get a non-Satanic one, just so I at least have a Bible in my possession, just in case I need it.

    Protestant.

I use a New Revised Standard Version Bible.

The congregation does allow female pastors, but the one we have gives sermons that are kind of dull. I have no idea if we allow gay weddings.
