Absolutely not. The KJV 1611 is what we use here. In it you will find everything you need to live a good wholesome life.

Thank you all for accepting me. I thought that maybe after my previous behavior, y'all wouldn't want me here. I'm happy to be wrong.

Oh that is good news, Mr. McMullen!

Do keep reading, and please share with us when you come across another part of His Word that touches your Soul with such a fervent touch.

I urge you to keep reading your 1611 KJV (at least I sincerely hope that's the version you're reading). What is your favorite verse of the Bible so far? Have you started attending a church yet? Are you now ready to put your faith in Christ?

Dylan, I'm so glad you're back! I've been praying for you every day since last we spoke!

Tell us, what truths has the Lord revealed to you through His word during your studies?

    Re: Hello. I'm Dylan

As some of you know, I left the forum to read the KJV bible in an attempt to save my soul. Unfortunately, the devil had turned me away from my studying. However, I am getting back to my reading. Hopefully, one day, I will see God and Jesus in Their full glory in heaven. I ask of you all to pray for me so that I may one day live with God in an everlasting life with you.

Every time somebody starts off their first post like that, I get nervous. It would never occur to me to think you were going to flame, mock, or belittle us, friend. So why plant the idea in my head? Unless you wanted me to be afraid.

I'm going to just sit here and try to keep an open mind about you, but you'd better not do anything to hurt Jesus.

Your comment reminds me of the time at a rest area party where I said the same thing, "I don't have anal sex". All of us in the big circle had a belly laugh over that one due to the fact that I was getting jackhammered by a mandingo as I made the comment! Ahh, the good old days! But now nobody except Jesus gets in my back door since I found my precious Savior. I will have to admit occasionally a demon tries to slither in the old back door, but I have the full armor of Jesus girding my loins, so no problem there. Praise and Glory!!!

The first is the best, friend.

You can read The King James Bible for free here; this should do until you get your very own copy.

You have made a wise decision, Mr. McMullen; so your past vulgarity shall be forgiven.

Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.

Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.~1 Corinthians 7:1-2
