This statement makes no sense whatsoever.

Every major religion says, in its scriptures, that it is the only way to Heaven.

Every major religion also says, in its scriptures, that all others are damned, and inferior, and to be segregated from the faithful (if not outright executed).

How can they all be correct?

More importantly, how can an all-powerful "all-the-same-god" create all these religions that are warring one another in its name, and not correct them if they are wrong?

Is this "all-the-same-god" of yours an utter incompetent? Or is it just evil, and turned on by watching humans slaughter one another?

    Guess what, dear friend:

James 2:19: Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

That is a foolish thing to say. You are right in saying that there is only ONE God, but every religion is the same? Have you even read the KJV Bible?

Your analogy is poor as well, we don't tell you to do anything - God does. And so yes, if God told you He didn't like the color blue, it would be wrong. Why do I even have to explain this?

While I do agree with you that there is only one God (1 Corinthians 8:6 among others), I do not agree that "every religion is the same" as you put it.

Here are some things other religions do that have absolutely no part in Christianity:

    - wear funny hats (joos)
    - pray to plaster dolls of dead people (catlicks)
    - worship cows (hindoos and boodists)
    - venerate fat chinaman (chinamen)
    - abuse narcotics (rastafarians and lutherans)

    Etc. etc.

Can you imagine a godly man like Clint Eastwood smoking a reefer while french-kissing a cow and wearing a little party hat?

Embarrassed no,but you should be ashamed how to adhere to the bible in the defiance of logic. Why is it that you apply logic and common sense in your everyday like, then have a brain malfunction when it comes to your religion.

because you know deep down you lack faith and should really believe.
Are you saying that faith and belief only pertains to religion?(snickering)

Well let see. I have faith that when I pay my electric bill that the power company won't turn off my lights. I have belief in that fact that using bad gas will harm my car's engine. You see, neither one of these things deal with religion but i have them. So you hail one again.

Yet you lack in the trust in God that everything He did, does and will do is perfect and for His glory.
Atheist is what I and others call me. So yes,I have no trust in something that does not exist. Are you a Spock fan? I like his quote from the first law of metaphysics that says, "nothing unreal exist",this is my view of any God.

Take a look at the hope of heaven in the eyes of a starving child in Africa when he has had Jesus brought into his life just in time and tell me this is not wonderful. I pray you will see the Truth® before too much longer because this cognitive dissonance of yours is hard to bear.
I didn't think you all cared about blacks looking at how much fun you make of them,in the way of comments and slurs. Some of you think they should still be slaves.(according to your scripture)

And before any of you say no,not us.

Read Jeb's thread, then talk to me.

Don't misinterpret mocking for complaining. Since I can't respond to by PM,I do it in the forum. Yes it took 18 min, and I did respond to you. I wanted to make sure I was on solid ground before I accused you of kiddy behavior and bad English. That is something you should do,that way you won't put your foot in your mouth when you try an oppose me on a point of fact.

    Eh?
What's to understand about the bears? God sent awesome bears to kill the kids. He is magnificent. GLORY! How is this some sort of gotcha?

God doesn't have to explain Himself. This is clearly explained in the Bible.

Romans 11:33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

Also, just because you don't like my answer doesn't mean I have not answered your question. That seems to be the thing that afflicts many of you on this board. And Rod,you're so vain, you may think I'm talking about you,but I'm not.

God's doing the killing because it is His will. We do not question Him. We cannot understand why He does anything except the bits He has explained really clearly in the Bible like how to breed cattle and cure leprosy and when and how to kill your children, for example.

Do not bother trying to make us ashamed of our Lord. We are righteously proud of the wonders performed by Him and in His name which ae commemorated in the Bible.
