I think I can answer this. Often after a few drinks you're more relaxed than the other driver so you aren't so tense on impact. Happened to me a few times and I've never had a scratch . As my Mammy (and Bill O'Reilly) says, the Lord only helps those who help themselves.

Because He will burn you forever if you don't.

Please do not flit around the forum derailing our Godly threads. This happens to be someone else's introduction thread.

Friend, if God wasn't mysterious, He would be simple enough for our human minds to figure Him out.

Think outside the box, dear. God is bigger than that.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Welcome, Tabbot! Are you worried your wife might be carrying a female baby?

Is it "religion" you seek, or truth?

Will you accept the truth that MOST of humanity is and will burn in Hell forever (Matthew 7:13-14; 21-23)? Are you willing to bow the knee to a Savior who plans to fry the majority of souls who have ever lived?

You seem a bit too eager to learn, which implies you are either dumb or perhaps just a troll.

I'm suspicious to say the least!

    Re: Hi everyone.

I just finished reading the first chapter of Genesis. You know how when you've been working outside and you're all sweaty, and grimy, and greasy and you come in and you get in a nice cold shower and you can just feel the water washing away the dirt, the filth just melts away from you. That's how I feel now, although obviously not physically, spiritually.

    Read the Bible.

We're the real deal here. We are so confident that the true word of God in the King James Bible will inspire you to the right conclusions about the reality of God that we just say you should go to it. Start at Genesis and finish at Revelation and the clear and unambiguous scripture with not a single contradictory passage will illuminate your life.

I particularly love the wonder of the survival of the eight people and the animals on the ark when God saved them in His love from the Flood He had sent to destroy all other life on Earth. But I don't want to bias you as to why there are no more giants - find out for yourself.
