Thank you Dr. I attend the Seventh Day Primitive (&c) Church in Toad Suck, Arkansas. I entered the bosom of the Lord Jesus in November 1981 after enduring three decades - I freely admit it - of "Catholic" filth, depravity, homo-gay lies and Satanic perversity.

    Praise Christ!

I believe this will answer your question, young lady.

      Deuteronomy 18:18-21

18 If someone has a stubborn and rebellious son who does not obey his father and mother and will not listen to them when they discipline him, 19 his father and mother shall take hold of him and bring him to the elders at the gate of his town. 20 They shall say to the elders, “This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a glutton and a drunkard.” 21 Then all the men of his town are to stone him to death. You must purge the evil from among you. All Israel will hear of it and be afraid.

I am indeed old - like you.

        Buggs (H).
Although as I'm sure you're aware, the KJV - the one and only inerrant Word of Christ Jesus - makes no reference I can find to the unwillingness of Hezekiah to marry. This is because it must not have happened. The following passage speaks movingly about his wife Hephzibah.

        Isaiah 62:5
5 For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.
Deuteronomy 28:22: The Lord shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

I'd just like to introduce myself briefly. Buggs is the name - buggering is very much not the game, as evidenced by my choice of Bible verse:

            Leviticus 18:22

My place of prostration before Jesus is the Seventh Day Primitive Sovereign Grace Reformed Evangelical Church in Toad Suck, AR.

I pray to the Lord that we might be granted an extra hour every day in order to praise him the more. Amen!
            Greetings Hezekiah Buggs!

You seem to be an great and honest fellow. We are happy to have you here, and I hope you will enjoy spending time with your brethren

Hello Hezekiah Buggs. Are you trying to say that Hezekiah did not get married that would be something because he had a son called Manasseh. Also he was in his 40s when he had a son that seems like a long time to think about things my first child was born when I was 22 he is a doctor.

                Thank you.

Indeed not friend! It is simply his unwillingness to be married that I refer to. Scripture tells us he was married to Hephzibah, and as you know, every verse in The Bible is as important, true and holy as every other verse, so I thank you for continuing the discussion on this topic.

Oh? Refresh my memory. Please link to the exact book/chapter/verse that says Hezekiah was married to Hephzibah.

Pro-tip: Jesus' mother was Mary, but Joseph was not His father.

                      Yours in Christ,

                      Z. Smyth
I thank you for your relentless Biblical diligence brother.
I trust these verses will suffice:

                      2 Kings 21:1
21 Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hephzibah.

                      Matthew 1:10
                      10 And Ezekias begat Manasses; and Manasses begat Amon; and Amon begat Josias;

So Ezekias (Hezekiah) was the father of Manasseh, and Hephzibah was his mother.

I bow to your point: the marriage of Ezekias/Hezekiah and Hephzibah does not seem to be alluded to in the Book.

                      Blessings,
                      Buggs.
Deuteronomy 28:22: The Lord shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

Hello Mr. Buggs, and welcome to our friendly forum! How many little Soldiers of Christ has your wife born for you by now? At your age, your quiver must certainly be a site to see (Psalm 127:3-5)!
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Hello to you Mary, and thank you. My wife - Mrs Buggs - has brought forth 5 strapping young men; Fenton, Marton, Burton, Horton and Kenton. These 5 have begat a further 13 grandkids thus far. We also have daughters and granddaughters. Mrs Buggs likes to say that my quiver overfloweth.
