    Good day.

Hello there, I am new to baptism after a life of sin and am in need of guidance.
Ecclesiastes 4:5 The fool foldeth his hands together, and eateth his own flesh.

Well my favourite bible passage is 'Now I watched when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say with a voice like thunder, “Come!” 2 And I looked, and behold, a white horse! And its rider had a bow, and a crown was given to him, and he came out conquering, and to conquer.' (Revelation 6:1-8, ESV) Im 22 and I haven't really gone to church but I am hoping to change that.

So what sort of demonic worship do you have to repent for?

A lot my brother. I wouldn't want to defile these pages with my unholy past deeds.

I am new here friend, so a good Pastor can correct me if I am wrong, but you need to repent for your evil demonic ways.

I do repent them. How do I go about achieving this?

Admit the demonic sins you have partaken in, and then pray to the love of god. And if you're lucky, a Pastor will come here and give you godly advice, but it isn't a given. Pastors don't like wasting their time on Satan lovers!

Well I have slept with girls outside of marriage, I have taken various illegal substances, I have blasphemed, I have fought men, I have cursed, I have listened to unholy music, I have created unholy music. I am not a satan lover, I have let Christ into my heart and wish to feel the strength of being a True Christian.

Well son, that is the first step, although I am new here, and a real Pastor can prove me right or wrong. But I believe you belong here on these godly forums. Please explain your favorite verse, and tell us why you are here, so we can better help you.

I have no favourite verse per say at this moment in time as I am yet to complete my education. I am here to feel the power of being a true Baptist and bathing in the light of the lamb. You are new here as well I see, please answer these questions as well my brother.

                        Hi Mike, and welcome!!

I am glad you chose to come to our Church. I am a newer member, but so far have LOVED getting to know the Lord better through this Holy forum (and God's Favorite!).

I can't wait to eventally read your testimony as to how you are repenting for your previous sins, but I will leave it to a Pastor to decide if you are worthy of repentance.

I assume you do not have a wife at this time. Hopefully you will acquire one soon so that you may do as you are commanded by the Lord our God (Genesis 1:28). You may find that many of the ladies here in LBC can give you some ideas in what to look for in a Godly wife, and how to discipline her accordingly. We all know our places around here! (1 Corinthians 11:3)

                        Again, welcome.

Your kindness has touched my heart, thank you Miss Holly.

As I referred to earlier, I am almost completely new to this church and am very uneducated in the ways and customs of your wonderful church. I would appreciate being given an idea of what type of woman I should pursue and how I should discipline her. I would ask what you mean by testimony? I apologise for my wet-behind-the-ears demeanour but please believe me I wish to become a solid member of this church so if you could shed some light on what would be expected of me?

                          Thank you.

                            Hello Mike.

First of all, get rid of that ESV PERversion of the Bible and get yourself a proper King James Version. See how in your quote it mentions "four living creatures" ? That should be four BEASTS! What else have they changed or watered down?

Second, don't listen to Unsaved Trash.

                            Yours in Christ,

Well, that would be MRS Holly, but you are very welcome. As for the rest of your questions, I'm sure a Pastor will visit soon to help you with any questions you might have. In the meantime, I would suggest you just read, read, read, your KJV Bible (here's a great online link i use for finding scriptures http://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/1611-Bible/) and also spend time reading posts in the forums to know what is Godly here, and what is frowned upon.

                              Yours in Christ,
