That's easy...the Hebrew scriptures and the Jewish religion were GUIDELINES for God's people to follow until He sent His only begotten Son...from that point on, we didn't need any religion any more...we have the Word made flesh!

As I posted before, I love the ENTIRETY of the Paul's letter to the Galatians. It sums up the entirety of my thoughts on it all.

As for "church"...I abandoned that once I found Jesus. Churchianity had no more place in my life after that.

Interesting take. And what, pray tell, would one know about the Word made flesh if not for reading and believing the Holy Word of God? And why, pray tell, would one read and believe the Holy Bible just enough to believe God sent His Only Begotten Son, but not enough to actually care how to know how to respond to this merciful offer? What led you to pick this particular arbitrary line in the sand for which you've decided single-handedly to ignore God? Or are you under the impression the LORD has allowed millions and millions of people to misunderstand and misrepresent Him for thousands of years, until He shared the Truth© with you specifically?

Well, that's not necessary, friend. You see, your whole view sounds rather silly and foolish and a bit childish, no offense. I would encourage you to open your heart to what God is actually saying, and respond to the wonderful gift of salvation in a positive way.

It seems wrong to be so focused on what not to do as a Christian, so as to forget to do what is necessary. Boiling Paul's letter to Galatians down to a comic strip seems misguided as well... Read Psalm 119. It should inspire more respect in your heart about the Word of God.

We do follow Jesus. Jesus is Christ, hence we call ourselves Christians. I'm not sure what to make of you with your Paul worship. Are you a Paulist?

Once we have Jesus, that's ALL we need...no churches, pastors, or ANYTHING.
