My place of worship is the Church of the Laughing Jesus, which I co-founded in 1984 with Michael K Kringle, and Mr Freeman.

Are you using some sort of polack Bible? The verse you are trying to quote is:

(Genesis 38:23) "And Judah said, Let her take it to her, lest we be shamed: behold, I sent this kid, and thou hast not found her."

I've never seen an Austrian make a proper introduction...ever.

Hello, Mr. Trouserleg, have you heard the saying, "He laughs well who laughs last!"? Just wondering... Read the Word of God, because your salvation and where you will spend eternity is no laughing matter. Galatians 5:19-21.

The bible I used was the New International Version. I like the way it calls a goat a goat, not a kid.
I found that calling the goat a kid was rather confusing, because a kid is a child and, in Australia at least, a young goat is adequate payment to sleep with Tamar.

Mister, I don't care what you do in the Alps: here we use the King James Version Bible.



The New International PERVersion omits a lot of God's Word...check out Revelation 22:19 (if the NIV has that).

Hello Vladimir Trouserleg.

I want to know why you have a church called the Church of the Laughing Jesus because I have read the New Testament and it does not say that Jesus laughed I would remember something like that. I know that He cried so maybe you could rename your church the Church of the Crying Jesus.

Hi. WA is a very nice state, but run by demons, obviously (as a visit to the shrine "rottnest" confirms on day 1).

However I am not convinced that a convict would crawl over a goat to get to an attractive young woman. As Mr Holbeck explained there are idolatrous paintings of a laughing Jesus but ultimately they do not have Scriptural authority [subject to Pastoral approval].

The catholics are taking over, and the mohammedans (I don't distinguish much between them or any other idolators). Weird temples are sprouting. But welcome to the forum.

There are places where laughter is celebrated, just checking; does your "church" look anything like this?
