Hi, My name is Samuel. I am a Caucasian male aged 21. I go to Assumption Catholic Church. Although it is kind of cheesy, my favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11. I have battled a severe depression in my life and this verse just speaks to me. I was born into a Catholic family and grew up a believer in Jesus Christ. However, my complete belief did not come to me until the time of my confirmation in 8th grade. I began to see the Lord's work more clearly, and his intervention in my own life. My love for Jesus has stayed rather constant since that time. It has been tested many times as I'm sure others' has too, but has always come out on top of any adversity.

Son, fenians are not Christians. What you need to do is get up of your knees, forget about your anal rapist priest and get right with Jesus. God tells us not to worship statues and such so please stop doing it. Remember, the only thing between you and God is not the Pope, it's Faith. If you don't mend your ways you will find yourself on the slippery slope to hell. It's a place you don't want to go to.
    Isaiah 66:15

For behold, the Lord wil come with fire, and with his charets like a whirlewinde, to render his anger with furie, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

Hi, Samuel. You made it here just in time to be guided away from the Great Whore of Babylon (the Catholic Church, spoken of in Revelation - Rev. 17:1-18). And why have you chosen to worship a woman called Mary and some priest who demands that he be called father instead of Jesus? (see Matthew 23:9; Luke 11:27-28)

No doubt this was because of your horribly deceived family.

Friend, no Bible verse is cheesy. God said that axe heads float and donkeys talk (2 Kings 6:1-7; Numbers 22:1-35). Does that mean those verses are "cheesy"? God doesn't think so.

Depression is when someone is lazy and doesn't get off their bum and get with it. Let's not get bogged down talking about sloths whom the Lord abhores...

Ecclesiastes 11:4: He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.

Proverbs 12:24 The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.

Proverbs 12:27 The slothful man roasteth not that which he took in hunting: but the substance of a diligent man is precious.

Proverbs 15:19 The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain.

Proverbs 18:9 He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster.

It wasn't the Lord. It was the devil (see 2 Thess 2:1-12). If you want to see God at work, then you need to be Saved© first. I'm really hoping you will turn to Jesus.

      Regards,
