Hi folks, i started learning about the bible in 1st. grade catholic school and am still learning to this day. I am currently absent of a church to attend, because i can't. Seem to find one that actually have a true biblical understanding of the word. One of my favorite verses is " It is written." My name is Joseph, and i am looking forward to seeing what you guys are all about.

Part of your yearning for Jesus comes from being brought up in a non-Christian cult. The Roman Catholic Church is satan's scheme to intercept potential soldiers for Christ by steering them on a pathway to perdition. On our friendly forums, you'll learn that Catholics aren't Christians.

Can you provide the chapter and verse of your the Bible passage you've chosen as your favorite? Frankly, you're being lazy and it appears you are mocking the requirements of the introduction section. Saying that you like "It is written," as your favorite verse is like saying you like the C chord in a song. It's a part of it, but it isn't going to get you in the hall of fame.

So. Tell us why you are REALLY here. We will gladly help you find salvation, but if you're here to troll and be sarcastic, trust me, we've seen it all and we always win. Jesus is on our side. I would recommend that you get Him on your side, too. Hell sucks.

Start by reading the Holy Bible. No mamby-pamby version, either. The King James Version, 1611 is the ONLY true representation of God's Holy Word. Start with Genesis, read all the way to Revelation. Follow its guidance completely.

You will have to improve your skills in the use of the English language. Clearly, this lacking has kept you from progressing as a Christian and it has obviously kept you from Jesus and other Christians. It is quite obvious that you are not saved.

My first advice would be to obtain a King James Bible. Through reading your new Bible, both the Word of God and normal American English will be yours.

Abstain from further contact with Roman Catholics. They are lying to you when they tell you they are Christians and they will all go to Hell with the Devil. My second advice to you is to not go there with them.

You must put straight the work of the Lord, fellow. It's that or Hell. Don't go there; it's too hot.

Many, many so called preachers or priest (especially priests) have more than the welfare of their congregation in their hearts.

And yes, how you write and how you read are directly connected to your hope of salvation. Matthew 5:48 (among others) covers this.
