    Greetings!

I suppose I should start off by briefly telling you about myself. I was raised a Christian that attended a Baptist Church until about the age of 16 or so. At the age of 18 I joined the Army and served for about a year and a half in Afghanistan where, I can say, I truly found and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

After recently moving to Southern California I have only found 1 Baptist church near me, which was full of wild, ghetto babbling negroes. Needless to say I do not go to that Church. I currently go to The Church of Nazarene.

My favorite verse from the Bible: Psalm 144:1: Blessed be the Lord my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight.

    Welcome, Andrew...

The armed forces are an excellent way to regain or strengthen faith in Jesus. Seeing your friends and fellow soldiers blown to bits in a war certainly makes believers out of many. Knowing that God just has to exist to ease the pain of it all is powerful.

My son Connor was in Afghanistan. He saw his best friend of 17 years be viscerally taken apart by a land mine. The following six months of not talking to anyone did him good since he finally learned to pray away those pesky, lingering doubts about God's existence.

Well, how many young Soldiers of God has your wife brought forth? And what brought you to Landover?

    Warm regards,

    Pastor Ed

      Re: Greetings!

      Thank you, Pastor Ed.

Yes, life over there can be pretty rough. I saw some similar things during my tour of duty. However, I believe God put me through those trials for a reason.

I do not have any children, nor a wife. Perhaps it's part of God's plan, but even in Church I only seem to attract the jezebels pretending to be good Christian women. I believe most women today, with equality rights and the liberal movement of this Country, are encouraged by most to be promiscuous and unfaithful. As to what brought me to Landover I honestly cannot say. I've been lurking here for a little while, and only today decided to register and introduce myself.

Excellent. That means God sent you here since whatever cannot be explained is obviously the Will of God (Proverbs 16:33).

Again, welcome, and Jesus and I look forward to seeing your contributions.

        In His Mighty Grip,

        Pastor Ed

Sadly, this is an all-too-common situation for today's Christian men and even True Christian(tm) men. I myself am a confirmed bachelor, as well as being a Godly Eunuch. (The latter helps substantially with the former!)

          Yours in Him,

The Bible says it is better for a man not to marry. But you keep attracting Jezebels. Have you considered cutting "it" off? It's just going to be a cause of temptation, and will lead you back to the fornicating negro "church."

Mark 9:47: And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, then having two eyes, to be cast into helfire:

Many fluffy-bunny so-called Christians (like your Nazarenes) like to say this verse is merely a metaphor; that it means we should avoid those things that lead to sin. This is just the lazy way of denying God's plainly spoken Word.

You could even do it yourself if funds are tight.
Leviticus 13:44 He is a leprous man, he is UNCLEAN: the priest shall pronounce him utterly UNCLEAN; his plague is in his head.

2 Kings 6:25 And there was a great famine in Samaria: and, behold, they besieged it, until an ass's head was sold for fourscore pieces of silver, and the fourth part of a cab of dove's dung for five pieces of silver.
