The business with the she-bears (and do not miss the significance of the fact that these bears were female) begins at verse 23. However, you should read the entire chapter for context.

That is an interesting theory James, and no, I had not considered it yet. However, I have decided to dedicate my time to understanding the literal meaning of His words. I'll pursue alternate interpretations later.

Also, I've been reading Genesis and am really impressed by the awesome power and, for lack of a better word, creativity of His creation. I had never even heard of meat trees before. (Genesis 1:29) It truly is a shame that man was so sinful as to bring about the flood. I would love to have a pork chop bush. Do you guys think that there is any chance of God bringing back some of his earlier, lost creations?

If you want some pork chops you should kill a pig and cut it up they have pigs in Cambodia I have been there we weren't supposed to be there it was a confusing time.

I did not mean changes to the Bible or anything silly like that. I was talking about developments in the world that impact or are of interest to Christians. Like which politicians are currently corrupting American children and things like that. I read the news whenever I can, but, I can't trust the joo dominated media, so I'm glad that you guys are here to provide the truth. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Maybe some of our righteousness will rub off on you, who knows?

I eat plenty of meat already; I actually raise hogs on my farm. So, don't go worrying about me. It's just that meat and horticulture are two of my favorite hobbies. So, if I could get my hands on a pork chop bush or maybe a rib eye vine, that would be awesome. And Jesus is rapidly climbing my favorite hobbies list too, so if I knew that the meat tree came from him that would be even better. Is heaven going to be like the garden of Eden? That would really give me something to look forward to.

The big news for me though is that I just found out about God's other sons! Genesis 6:4 This is really exciting because I used to think that Jesus was the only one. Did any of God's other sons grow up to be famous, or was it more of a Jackson 5 scenario?

I'm having a hard time finding more information about these other sons. I searched the internet a little bit but couldn't find much. Are they talked about more in the rest of the bible? I would probably skip ahead to that part because it really sounds interesting. I'm pretty sure that this part of Genesis is really old (6000 years?) so I guess they probably never met Jesus.

How I long for hot, moist American pie. I keep dairy cows and these free range, grass fed beauties produce the most amazing cream imaginable. But what is cream without pie? I want to share my cream with you. I want you to drink my cream. I want to know that my cream is inside of you, filling you. As I write, I imagine the creampie that we could share and I nearly burst with excitement.

37, 6'1, 190 lbs. No, not baptized yet. I've been thinking a about that lately. I'm pretty sure that I want to become a True Christian, but I don't really understand the process. Is baptism necessary? Can I baptize myself if I can't find a pastor? I'm also not sure if I'm supposed to read the whole bible first. I'm not even finished with Genesis.
