    So..... what now?

I'm quite frankly at a loss. I've introduced myself, come to christ, and read the entirety of the Gospels in KJV1611 Hard copy. I don't know what to do now. Would you mind telling me A: When I no longer become unsaved trash, and B: giving me a suggestion on what book to read next.

    Re: So..... what now?

If you were truly Saved, the Holy Spirit would have spoken to one of our Pastors about you by now. I'm not buying your story, son.

Have you memorized the Holy Bible yet?

Why aren't you praying right now?

    I Thessalonians 5:17
    Pray without ceasing.
    II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power

The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Rushdoony

I can give a summary of all of the books, yes. But not word for word, sir.

Well, there you go. Your new project.

        I Timothy 4:13
Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

May I ask what makes me a heathen? You're not the only one with memorization skills, you know. In fact, I'd like to wager that you memorizing the bible at 5 is a lie to make you seem more religious.

The Gospels are only the first four books of the New Testament (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John). That leaves 62 other books for you to get through.

I'm not sure you're taking this seriously.

The Gospels are not enough, dear. These are Divinely Inspired, but not the entire Story. Oh sure by now you've read about how Jesus walked on water, raised the dead, turned water to wine, fed 5000 people with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish, sacrificed Himself to His Father (who is also increadibly Himself), caused the earth to quake when He subsequently rose from the dead (releasing crowds of previously but then suddenly un-dead Jews into the city), and flew off to Heaven.

But the by reading the beginning of God's Holy Word, you'll learn about talking snakes, how the LORD created thousands of languages in a single afternoon, Lot's wife turning into a pillar of salt, the global flood that wiped out all life, a river turning into blood, burning ice falling from the skies, a pillar of fire floating through the skies, Moses parting the Red Sea, a river bursting out of a rock, God flying around in a cloud ship and zapping the Israelites with fire beams, talking donkeys, a sound of trumpets crumbling the walls of Jericho, the sun stopping at Joshua's command, Samson's super human strength and his 1 vs 1000 victory over armed and armored soldiers using nothing but a donkey's jawbone, Saul speaking with Samuel's ghost, clapping trees, and so many more wonderful adventures that speak the Truth© to those who truly seek Righteousness!

Don't stop reading and praying now, dear! Keep going! Read it! Read it all! Try to figure out how to apply it to your life!
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

I resent that remark, boy. Here I've been Praying for you (for free I might add) all this time and this is the thanks I get? Being called a liar in front of God and the entire Congregation?

And kindly cease and desist creating a new introduction thread every time you've gone a bone to pick. You're wasting God's precious bandwidth.
