Howdy!

My name is Bub, well, that's a nickname. It's what my family has called me ever since I've been a baby and it stuck, there's actually kind of a funny story behind it but meh.. I'll tell that some other time, perhaps.

Well, I turned fourteen in May and I'm currently a freshman at my local highschool over in the corn filled regions of Iowa, (atleast it's not filled with sinful and ugly large buildings surrounded by hatred) but uhm, yeah.

I've kind of wanted to check out this place for awhile but never really got around to it, but well.. seems I found time - because ya'know, here I am!

I'm a former Roman Catholic, yeah I know - one of those people.

But I've been kind of swerving in different directions lately with my faith and it seems the people here have the kind of thoughts, opinions, and basis on not just theological stuff, but with politics and other stuff too.. I think I'll like it here.

I'd have to say my favorite bible verse would have to be John 15:13.

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."

Well, I always thought that having a Bub Brown III in the family wouldn't be such a bad idea.

But later on, marriage comes first, and I still have a little while to wait for that.
