Very little Irish in me, and I'm pretty sure green tea is Asian.

Sounds good. Clams do improve everything, although I'm not so sure about ducks...Originally posted by H. Montague Worthington View PostYou know what is absolutely delicious with tea bagging and my Cleveland Steamers? Geoducks, a large clam found in the Pacific Northwest and Mexico.
Anyway, I for one am 100% in favour of this idea. Being a Englishman, teabag parties are one of my very favourite forms of social interaction. I even have a little song I like to sing about them. It starts "Teabag party tonight! Teabag party tonight! We're gonna have a teabag party tonight! Alright!"...and is usually sung to the tune of Land of Hope and Glory.

I really can't fathom out how you'd even get one of those Balls in your mouth.Originally posted by SUV View PostMarijuana? "Googling?" I could swoon; I need a stiff drink (of tea) Right now!!!
Yoo-hoo, Sister Thumper! Are my balls big enough? There are larger ones available, you know:

I have a good recipe for deer sausage. We should have a sausage stuffing party in the near future!Originally posted by Justina Thyme View PostBrother Eliot, the reason I mentioned Polska Kielbasa and Italian sausage is that these meats are usually eaten at brunch or dinner, whereas Bob Evans' pork sausage is for breakfast. Since the party will be later in the day, I felt that the former two would be more appropriate fare. Why, everyone knows that American sausages are the best of all, but they do have their time and place!

Sister BTB, what a delightful idea!
I'm sure I can slip away from The Monthly Visitor to come by! It'll be nice to try a teabag that doesn't have a string attached!
(The ladies at The Monthly Visitor, for some reason, do like that Lipton tea.)

Oh Great! Now you want Polish and Italian meat! Jimmy Deans isn't good enough for you?Originally posted by Justina Thyme View PostBegging your pardon, Brother Eliot, a tea ball is a utensil in which one places loose ground tea leaves into a cup and pours boiling water over it, allowing it to steep and then lifting it out when the tea is done to one's preference. We ladies would never allow anything questionable into our tea bagging party!
Sister Thumper, I'll be there. Such good, clean fun! Do let me know if you need help with snacks or anything else. Cheese balls and doughnut holes come immediately to mind, and we could perhaps throw some kielbasa and Italian sausage on the grill? Mmmm...
Men, I'm telling you this is leading to no good!
This is what Europeans think about sausage!
