Before any of you say anything, yes I know I haven't introduced myself in the proper thread, but lets skip the formalities shall we.

I fail to see what gives you the right to criticise and condemn other people and other countries. What makes you better than anyone else? That you follow a book blindly? That your americans? Please.

You all say that you are following god's word.... how do you know that the bible is god's word?
Nowhere in the bible does it claim that all 66 books are god's word or infallible.
Don't reply with Timothy 3;16 either, the scriptures referred to in that verse refer to the old testament, and "inspiration" does not mean "word of god"

But, there are 3 verses in the new testament that claim that the bible is not the exact word of god

1 Corinthians 7:12 "But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away."

1 Corinthians 7:25 "Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful."

2 Corinthians 11:17 "That which I speak, I speak it not after the Lord, but as it were foolishly, in this confidence of boasting."

Now earlier in the thread someone stated that you all follow the "word of god" to the letter, it seems that you are following the words of men, not god.

I've read other threads on the forum that condone the murder of innocents, the stoning of people, encouraging the rape of woman (even your own daughters)
How does this put you on a higher pedestal than everyone else?

You know I always recall what I've read in The Bible when I see these news stories. We know that God simply cannot abide SIN. When fools captain the ship the the ship is doomed and when the godless get their agenda furthered through laws which deny God's Law the consequences affect everyone. Little children:

LUKE 18
15 And they brought vnto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.

Jesus knew that if the older generation would not make sure His Just Laws were made crystal clear from infancy, then these little children would be blasted to HELL even before they were born and killed in the most despicable manner conceivable.
God is merciful: Psalm 100:5 and we know that He does not want that to happen. He has told us and has warned us and we have examples from history such as what happened in Samaria:

God explains the reason

Notice in particular v.15 - there is no doubt as to the origin of this calamity. Time and time again God's Perfect Love is rejected by fools who say that He doesn't see or doesn't care or doesn't even exist.
We know that these are fools because GOD SAYS SO: Psalm 53:1

God does not teach us that The fool says there is no God, there is none that doeth good [except infants]
..or The fool says there is no God, there is none that doeth good [except unborn babies]
....or The fool says there is no God, there is none that doeth good [except pregnant women]
and we know that God and EVIL are diametrically opposed. Mutually exclusive. There is no EVIL in God and He will not tolerate atheism in any form. Atheist babies will be gouged from their mothers' bellies by GOD - it says so in Hosea. Infants will be hurled against boulders by GOD - history and the prophets make that crystal clear and we are not left without an explanation WHY

Jesus is God. He knew all about that when He rebuked the disciples and knew what He would be doing to the workers of iniquity when He returned. Atheist lands such as Australia where to declare for GOD'S JUST LAW means so few people would vote for you that you'd best forget politics. I am deeply ashamed of my actions on Wednesday night [getting caught]
