I dont see how thats possible. Lets take Denmark for example....

their style of government is a constitutional monarchy......which means the king or queen is given power with little power from a constitution. in other words if said laws where passed that doesnt mean its what the people want or believe is right.

If the price tag on the painting says 10$ and I buy the painting from for that money, the ownership of the item has changed, so I have not stolen anything. If I just took it without paying, then its stealing.

While I may still labor in lamentable darkness, owing to my Denmarkish upbringing, I find that the light of good grammar has always shone down on my poor, unworthy head (and is that not also one of His many gifts, I ask you), allowing me to inform you that the correct plural form of "Negro" is, indeed, "Negroes", as Brother Dirk has written.
