The European School Survey Project on Alcohol and other Drugs found that 61% of island teenagers drink to excess, one of the highest figures in Europe.

Only teenagers in Bulgaria drink more and researchers also found high levels of delinquency in 15 and 16-year-olds.


This says a lot about your quality of life. Kids have nothing more to look forward to than a besotted life of debauchery? At what age are they taught about Jesus? How much time do they spend each day reading the Bible? Young girls should be learning to wash, iron and bake shepherd's pie. Instead they aspire to become Japanese AV queens.

I realize that you do not have the same racial problems on the IOM that we do in the US. Landover has an outreach that ministers to the urban population but there is only so much we can do. If you were to visit East London, you would observe the same shuckin' n jivin' crack snortin' McDonald's eatin' hubcap stealin' gangsta behavior that you seem to think is uniquely our problem.
