  • First Monthly

I have come to you ladies with joyous news and in need of advice! My eldest daughter Priscilla (yes my lately outspoken child), has received her first mense at thirteen ( a bit late if you ask me). My husband has yet to return home from work to be made aware of the fact. Should I tell him? I know men typically are left out of such women business since it is so unpleasant. I know this means a search to find Priscilla a husband can now begin. However, I worry her latest outburst may detract men from desiring her as a wife. She is very pretty. Long blonde hair and light blue eyes. Another worry of mine is how shall I explain to her that her household duties that she performs already at home are even MORE important now that she is of marriageable age? She has a stubborn streak that is only slowly waning from beatings and being denied meals. Sisters of Landover...please help!

    God Bless,
    Joanna

There's no need to tell him of the sordid details - it is so disgusting and revolting. We men hate to even think about it. Merely tell him that he won't see her for the next week as she's living in your menstra hut, as she's unclean. And it's time to search for a husband for her.

If your husband needs a place to warehouse your daughter until she is clean again and ready for the auction block, I am looking to sell the Hammer family menses hut. I feel the wife and daughters are getting spoiled by the luxury and need a downgrade.

Have him private message me if he'd like to buy it.

Joanna, that's wonderful news! My husband knows when it is time for me to leave for my menses hut, he's noticed that there is generally a time when I give the Negress extra beatings to make sure she does no wrong and extra recipes and prepare basics for him. My husband is a pastor of the Lord and we are both platinum tithers to our church; my husband decided my menses hut should be nice enough to show I'm a pastor's wife and worthy of respect among the ladies (his words, not my own humble ones), yet simple enough to show I'm a dirty, low woman. "And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even." Leviticus 15:19

Dear Mrs. Elizabeth Johnson, Perhaps you could post a picture of your menses hut. I would love to see a picture! Perhaps we could all post a pictures of our huts! I'll go snap a quick picture of mine in a moment.

Of course! My husband said that later on, he plans on making it a bit nicer. The gate was a touch that we really like, since it will serve as a boundary line for when I have to be in my hut and children can't come in.

Dear Elizabeth, It is beautiful! Why, it almost makes being unclean a pleasure!

Thank you for the compliment. I just want to make sure everyone knows it is not a pleasure...I miss serving my husband, worry about what disaster the Negress is doing, and I am ashamed that I am a woman during that time because I am unclean. Leviticus 15:19 "And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even."

Edit: Just to clear up any confusion. I am with child. My husband though, wanted me to first spend a few days once we got home in my menstra hut to ensure that I would not make his home unclean, and then we made the offering of two turtles to the Lord, like my father and I did when I was unclean during an actual menses, just to ensure the Lord was happy and would bless this pregnancy. Dearest Ladies,

I think it's important that we glorify God with our hut, and the pictures I've seen thus far are simply amazing. I will have someone take a photo of my own. It is only 12,000 square feet and is located over the ridge behind my home. I have a small scooter that helps transport me there when necessary.

Should "that time" come when I am on the road, I have a menstramotorhome that I pull behind the Escalade.

Just remember: our Lord expects strict compliance with His Word. Do not allow pride in your hut to enter your hearts.

                  Yours in Our Savior,

                    Re: First Monthly

This is currently my personal hut for menses. It has wheels so it can be moved about the backyard when and or if necessary. I enjoy mine being simpler and there is a lock on the door so the children do not disturb me when I am unclean. My sister whom lives not far from me sends her eldest daughter to care for my home while I am unable. My niece, Bethel, is engaged and my sister and I both believe caring for my younger children and serving my husband while I am unable is good practice for her for when she marries.

Joanna, I like that hut A menstra hut should be a humble affair. God doesn't want to know about unclean women. And what do you do in there? You read the Bible and pray. One doesn't need a multi-roomed grand affair for that. All you need is a bed, a table, a chair and a King James Bible. You have no guests, so there is no need for anything more.

                      Leviticus 15:19-30
19 And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even. 20 And every thing that she lieth upon in her separation shall be unclean: every thing also that she sitteth upon shall be unclean. 21 And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even. 22 And whosoever toucheth any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even. 23 And if it be on her bed, or on any thing whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the even. 24 And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and all the bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean. 25 And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she shall be unclean. 26 Every bed whereon she lieth all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her separation: and whatsoever she sitteth upon shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation. 27 And whosoever toucheth those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even. 28 But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean. 29 And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. 30 And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness.

This thread is a good one on menstra huts.

The reason for my interest in them at the moment, is that I need to get one for my wife when she delivers my son. Last time (with the girl spawn), she was sent back to her parents' home and stayed in her mother's menstra hut.

Mr. Farmer, that looks rather simple, but definitely sufficient. May I suggest that the outer area have a plastic part to help keep her in decent health so that she may take optimal care of your child? As a woman, I'm used to the mere basics, but I do care deeply about the children and childraising, as a woman should 1 Timothy 2:15

She can't care for the children at that time of the month! She must be in total isolation. That's where the messicant housemaid comes into her own - she becomes the babysitter.

I'm so sorry; I was not clear. I meant, once she is clean she can care for the children. Not while she is unclean...but can you really trust a messicant? I plan on hiring a Christian white young, unmarried but old enough to be married young lady to care for my child. Practice for her, and safe, moral help for me.
