Question regarding sex during THAT time of the month

My husband cannot wait for four days to have sex with me when I am unclean with my period.

He says he can take the blood if I can take the pain?

My question is: Will it render him unclean as well? I have read that it is a matter of righteousness and life and death if anyone touches me during THAT time.

I also read that God's view of a woman's monthly cycle is one of disgust and an unclean thing, and intercourse during this time is something He hates. It's an abomination to Him.

Leviticus:

15:19 And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even.
15:20 And every thing that she lieth upon in her separation shall be unclean: every thing also that she sitteth upon shall be unclean..
15:21 And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
15:22 And whosoever toucheth any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
15:23 And if it be on her bed, or on any thing whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the even.
15:24 And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and all the bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean.
15:25 And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she shall be unclean.
15:26 Every bed whereon she lieth all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her separation: and whatsoever she sitteth upon shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation.
15:27 And whosoever toucheth those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
15:28 But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.


I believe that this is why God invented PMS. It is to protect our husbands from laying with us by turning us into snarling beasts for a week.

First he wants to buy you a Flipper ( ) and now he wants to do "things" during the time you should be hiding in the garden shack anyway?

Do I REALLY have to remind you of Lev. 15:19?

He should NOT touch your, um, "issue" during that period. Period. In fact, he shouldn't even touch your nose, or your hands, or whatever.

Do you really want him to be unclean until the evening? And depending on what he touches, for seven days?

I think it's time for your husband to come clean with a Pastor.

The Bible is very clear about what your husband needs to do if he finds his body parts are leading him towards unclean acts:

Matthew 5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Or, if he's not willing to take that step, you could just cut some holes in a big black sheet and wear it over your head while you're on that time. He'll think there's a Muslim in his bedroom and instantly become so frozen with terror that it'll drive any funny business right out of his mind.
