    I need a negro translation

On my walk to the library there is an apartment complex where this negro gentleman about my dad's age lives and he is always trying to make conversation. Unfortunately I don't speak negro very well so I'm not sure I understand what he's saying to me.

He kept asking me for sugar... like "gimme some suga baby"... I assumed that he baked a lot but I'm not sure why he can't get his own sugar. Anyway I decided to be nice and brought him a fresh pound of sugar yesterday... and he laughed and said he didn't want it and instead wanted "a lil somethin-somethin know what I'm sayin?" .... well I'm not sure what a "something something" is. Was he trying to speak my language and just couldn't translate what the "something" was? I'm confused.

Oh he also said something about a "sweet booty" but I've got no idea what that means either.

Basically what he was looking for is something that only you and your husband can share, which is only okay by marriage...if you follow where I am leading too. Also "booty" refers to your behind.

Ms. Annie, I think you should let your dad know about this right away. "Something-something" is Nigra slang for sin and I think he is trying to tempt you into doing something sinful. It was also very rude of him not to accept your nice gift of sugar after he was asking for it. This makes him a liar, and I don't need to tell you what happens to liars.

"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." Revelation 21:8

Do you have any older brothers? Maybe them and your dad could walk you to the library next time you go. Remind them not to forget their guns!
"Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you. For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him." Matthew 21:31-32

I think he may laughed at you because you took too much sugar.

When he was saying little something he could have been referring to sugar straws

I suspect being a nigra he is attracted to the bright colors and the wanting of a sugar rush.

These are sugar boots. I suspect he may have seen a pair and wanted some.

Proverbs 19:25 Smite a scorner, and the simple will beware: and reprove one that hath understanding, and he will understand knowledge.
Ezekiel 16:14 And thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty: for it was perfect through my comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord GOD.
Proverbs 6:25 Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.
Genesis 24:16 And the damsel was very fair to look upon, a virgin, neither had any man known her: and she went down to the well, and filled her pitcher, and came up.

Annie, I am a retired Police Officer and speak nigra fluently. The buck wants to rape you when he speaks of sugar and booty.
Sugar refers to a kiss and booty is your back side. Normaly nigras do not ask first.
If you have a cell phone with a camera, snap his mug shot and go to the nearest police station. I am sure you will find he is wanted for rape and pie theft.

            He wanted to rape me!?

I told my daddy and my big brother last night so daddy said I'm not allowed to go unless my brother is with me. Bobby said he would walk to the library with me today and "take care of this jerk".

I hope your brother is a big fella. Negroes of the sort you describe assert their dominance over other males the same way many other animals do . . . through homosexual rape.

Well he's bigger than daddy anyway and he plays football, so I don't think that the negroes could get him. If anybody tried to tackle him he'd end up pinning them down pretty quickly I think.

The man didn't bother me yesterday because my brother was with me I hate to be such an inconvenience though so I think I'll be going to the library a lot less.

Booty? Doesn't that mean treasure? Is this negro a pirate? Probably a butt pirate that needs sugar to sustain energy levels. Negros do not have any education. Next time he says, "Know what I am sayin'" simply say no!

I am glad to hear that you were accompanied and not bothered again. I am saddened at the fact that you may have to go to the library less but it is for your saftey and well being. Just check out more books at a time, if you have been checking them out instead of reading at the library, and if not then try doing that.

Annie, don't you have a Bible of your own? Why do you need to go to the library so much?

Just what sorts of things are you filling your head with, exactly?

I do hope we won't learn you're reading things by Madalyn Murray O'Hair, or Richard Dawkins, or Daniel Dennett, or Thomas Paine, or any of those nasty things!

Annie, I must reiterate what the Rev. has said. Too much time spent in the library can only lead to dangerously high literacy. You will start learning fancy, unnecessary words like "iterate".

Could you not find a Christian bookstore? I am certain there is little there to lead you astray, except for revised and paraphrased Bibles, of course.
