Miss Cassandra I went out on a ledge for your friend Beaux. I looked past his sinful ways and gave him a shot that 1 out of 1,000,000,000 might have . I gave him a wonder full home to stay in , I gave him the shirt off my back. I have gotten so much grief for helping a Homer that I lie awake in bed sobbing. Jesus gave me direction to help him out. I did not question Jesus, for He knows all. Why do you hate Jesus?

How can a belief be nonexistant? If I believe something, then the beliefs exist. Of course, the objects of belief might not exist (though in my case, they certainly do).

Mr. Scopes, I never said anything about the general behaviour of monkeys. I didn't specify which part of his behaviour made him resemble a monkey. How, then, did you get the idea that I was "disparaging them?"

I have nothing against monkeys or other primates. I never said I had. I have more urgent matters on my mind right now than pondering whether or not I like monkeys, if you don't mind.

I think you are missing the big picture. Natural selection is a completely random and arbitrary process. Your attempt to disparage another species on the basis of the behavior of an evolutionary descendant is uncalled for.

Mr. Scopes, I never said anything about the general behaviour of monkeys. I didn't specify which part of his behaviour made him resemble a monkey. How, then, did you get the idea that I was "disparaging them?"

Mr. Dewitt is not the issue here, how ever his particular genetic line has evolved is not the issue either. You proclaim yourself to be open minded and progressive yet you drag innocent simians into your specious (at best) arguments.
