Brother Moss, I am sympathetic and realize that there is still quite a bit of lingering animosity from the last time the Yankees came down there - and only to discover that all they wanted were the nigras. It's hard to tell with Obama, but perhaps all he wants are the mooselimbs and the mexicants. This might just be a blessing in disguise and the best course of action might be to just round them up and peacefully turn them over.

Brother, it is true that besides all the cotton, every cent we had, all movable treasure, the title to the farms and the entire pine forest that formerly covered East Texas, all the godless Yankees wanted to take was the Negroes. They were welcome to them. Being Yankees of the God forsaken Federal Government, they were sadly inefficient and only took about a third of them. Luckily, they took the worst of the lot and transported them to places already filled with wretched Yankees, who promptly taught the Negroes how to riot. We are further blessed that the riotous sort of activity practiced among the Negroe Yankees has never caught on in these parts.


I agree that the best outcome for all involved would be for all unsaved of all types to immediately decamp for locations far to the north of Texas. God bless Texas and God bless us every one.
