    There Came a Mighty Shout!

I was awakened this morning by a mighty shout. It was accompanied by the sound of trumpets. I am going to investigate as soon as I brush my teeth. I wouldn't want to meet Jesus with morning mouth. Did anyone else hear it?

Great disappointment in these parts this morning. The tumult turned out to be Mrs. Carpenter, come up from Poteet to have her hair professionally bleached. She was driving up and down the street, shouting obscenities, gnashing her teeth, trying to run over the children riding their bicycles and honking her horn. She is not a Christian, that Mrs. Carpenter.

Really, these women have enough money to get their hair bleached (yuck!) but no class whatsoever.

I assume she rents her house. Do we know who owns it and whether they would be willing to sell at above market value? Because the problem of Mrs Johnson was eventually solved that way.

Women shouldn't be allowed to drive. Especially non-Christian women.

I have to be a little careful, being in local politics, about what I repeat to others concerning people in Freehold. I can tell you this, there has been talk about this woman.
