In Delaware they run 7-11's and Dunkin Donuts (someone left the attic unlocked and Joe Biden got loose).

If they have a "dot" it generally means they are not mooselimb - so you don't risk being blown up or beheaded. The downside is that they don't like to kill cockroaches as they might be one of their ancestors (they believe in reincarnation) - so avoid patronizing their businesses that handle food.
