    Catholic Priest charged with (yawn) molestation...

    He's a Catholic Priest. He's been arrested. Whats the charge? Any guesses? Father Thomas martin? What do you think this man has done to upset the authorities?

    If thats the sort of education being offered in Australian schools, its no wonder so many of them are illiterate. In fact one has only to look at the high rates of illiteracy in predominantly catholic (read:'3rd world') countries to come to the same conclusion. The 'education' provided by the Catholic Church obviously places less value on reading and writing and more on 'oral' skills. French for example. Not to mention lots of Greek.

          Its such a common occurrence I wonder why it comes as a surprise to anyone anymore. Can't we just shut the whole Catholic institution down and redistribute its wealth to victims of sexual abuse? It seems the most appropriate course of action to me.

              Give the money to victims of sexual abuse? Deuteronomy 22:24 says: 24Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

              I think that we will have to stone the victims because they waited way too long to cry out. Then, let's shut down the Catholic Church and make sure that the proceeds go to Landover Baptist.
