Little Boy Receives Badly Needed Nerf Gun From the NRA

Can you imagine a parent teaching a child guns are bad? One mother did this and had to deal with a crying child.

A department store mall Santa suggested to a little boy he bring the boy a nerf gun Christmas morning. The little boy, no doubt because of instructions from his mother, said, "No guns." This wise mall Santa insisted the little boy would like a nerf gun--the boy started to cry.

The mother, of course, complained to the mall management. The NRA came through by sending the little boy a nerf gun. Now he can learm how much fun it is to shoot things.

Hat's off to the National Rifle Association for helping another another American male develop into someone worth while.

Do we know how old the little boy is? If he's older than three, then he should get a real gun, not a toy, so he can defend his nursery/elementary school in the case of a Muslim terrorist attack or a loser loner taking potshots or an Antifa uprising. At three and below, you could go either way, because it's hard for toddlers to pull the trigger of a real gun.

The story says he is four so your point is well taken.

Four?! And yet he is still allowed to climb up onto a man's lap? And the mother thinks that guns are somehow not "right". A boy that age needs to be learning to eschew cloying, cuddly behavior with his mother--never mind his father and male strangers.

I can't imagine a young Jesus climbing up onto Satan's lap, can you?
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

Sister, not only can I imagine it I can see online videos of it any time I want. I agree it's not right for four year olds to be acting like babies any more. They should be establishing dominance within the family group; meals should be promptly served, for instance. A weapon can be a great tool for reinforcing authority so no surprize that the mother is against - she'd rather remain on child-rearing vacation.
