CANCER-stricken MICHAEL JACKSON is terrified his nose will FALL OFF.

The King of Pop is in constant fear of dying, close friends have told The Sun.
One revealed: “Michael is in a fragile state at the moment and the skin cancer diagnosis has terrified him.

“He has been told he has a very good chance of recovering and that his cancer is very treatable. But he is still very stressed and worried.” The troubled Thriller star has seen top doctors in Los Angeles after cancerous skin cells were found on his nose, chest and arm.
And he has to cancel the first four of his 50 gigs at London’s O2 this summer.
Our source said: “Michael has become convinced that his nose is going to fall off.
“The doctors have reassured him that this won’t happen.
“But Michael believes that the skin cancer will kill him and lives in constant fear of dying.
“His chances are excellent but he is very afraid.”
Jacko, 50, has already had shave biopsies on his chest, arm and nose to remove potentially lethal growths since the cancer was diagnosed last month.

Now now, Micheals nose did not fall of. I swear the rumor mill is incredible.

It was surgically removed years ago. He had it replaced with Princess Di's after he hadher car 'accident'.
