I got a call from my friend Mayor Adam J. Edwards, he goes by "AJ", yesterday. He is Mayor of Estherville, IA, about two hours Northwest of Freehold. He was upset because a group of goody-two-shoes in his town want to change the mascot of his school system. Estherville has used "Midgets" as its mascot for almost 100 years and Mayor AJ wants to keep it. I told him it sounded like the work of Kamala Harris Democrats. He agreed.
I asked AJ if the busy bodies wanted to use "Shorter than Average" for a mascot or "Height Challenged"? We had a good laugh at the liberal word police. I advised AJ to hold off any change until Trump takes office in January. He will put the hammer down of "sensitive" liberals.
