Many years ago, a brave, red-blooded American he-man Defense Secretary had the trust in GOD and the confidence in our troops to stay the course in America's war against rabid commuterrorism in the forbidding and GODless jungles of Vietnam. That man was Robert McNamara.
His message was one of hope and patriotic resolve. We could and we would win the war in Vietnam, and the world (or at least America anyway) would be safe from the icy clutches of Ho Chi Min, or whatever the Asian Hitler's name was.
58,000 dead American sons and LORD-knows-but-doesn't-care-how-many-dead-Vietnamese later, a bunch of sniveling liberals whine their country out of a short and simple war. (Seriously, it lasted just under ten years! Have they no patience?!)
Of course the liberal media, as usual, didn't help matters. All they did was alternate between obsessing over how many soldiers died each day, and airing footage of GODless marches on Washington by riotous protesters setting fires, killing innocent women and children and vandalizing Republican businesses in demand that we pull out of Vietnam. Their nefarious plan worked and we left the job before we had finished it.
Soon after, McNamara slinked away from the government (I assume in embarrassment that he had been beaten by a bunch of queers) and rubbed bony elbows with Jewish bankers for several years before stabbing his country in the back yet again in the early 90s by saying WE WERE WRONG TO GO TO WAR IN VIETNAM! He spent the remainder of his life blubbering about how we should 'learn from history.' (Of course he never bothered to crack open a Bible and learn from REAL history, but that's another issue.)
To complete his conversion to the liberal/Jewish/homosexual lifestyle, McNamara starred in a warped "documentary" called The Fog of War where he spent two hours spitting in the face of every GOD-fearing American soldier who ever hiked through a Vietnamese jungle freshly cleared with Agent Orange. (Historical note: Liberals found it useful to falsely accuse Agent Orange of being a harmful and often deadly chemical in their crusade against one of GOD's wars. The truth is Agent Orange is so harmless, you could bathe in it. Now it's just used as an excuse for yet another liberal government entitlement program.)
Well, to honor Mr. McNamara's wish that we learn from history, I offer these timeless words: DON'T LISTEN TO LIBERALS!
