Judge orders queer agenda taught to Christian children

A federal judge in Massachusetts has ordered the queer agenda taught to Christians who attend a public school in Massachusetts, finding that they need the teachings to be "engaged and productive citizens."

U.S. District Judge Mark L. Wolf yesterday dismissed a civil rights lawsuit brought by David Parker, ordering that it is reasonable, indeed there is an obligation, for public schools to teach young children to accept and endorse homersexurality.

Wolf essentially adopted the reasoning in a brief submitted by a number of homer-advocacy groups, who said "the rights of religious freedom and parental control over the upbringing of children would undermine teaching and learning."

David and Tonia Parker and Joseph and Robin Wirthlin, who have children of school age in Lexington, Mass., brought the lawsuit. They alleged district officials and staff at Estabrook Elementary School violated state law and civil rights by indoctrinating their children about a lifestyle they, as Christians, teach is immoral.

"In the ruling, Wolf makes the absurd claim that normalizing homersexurality to young children is 'reasonably related to the goals of preparing students to become engaged and productive citizens in our democracy.' According to Wolf, this means teaching 'diversity' which includes 'differences in sexual orientation.'

David Parker's son brought home the queer-rights book 'Who's in a Family?' in his school's 'Diversity Book Bag'.

Just days later, David Parker's son, Jacob, was beaten up at Estabrook Elementary, officials said. A group of 8-10 homer kids surrounded him and took him out of sight of "patrolling aides," then pummeled and beat him.

Once again I ask; WHERE in the Holy Bible, does Jesus command us to "tolerate" sodomites or wallow in "diversity"?

Well here they go again. Now another Cliton-appointed activist judge has ruled that children MUST view porn on the internets, thanks to those joo smut-peddlers at the ACLU. THIS engrages Jesus.

Judge strikes down Internet anti-porn law

WASHINGTON (BP)--The effort to protect children from Internet pornography has suffered another legal setback.

A federal judge in Philadelphia struck down March 22 a federal law that prohibits commercial websites from making sexually explicit material available to children under the age of 17. In permanently blocking enforcement of the Child Online Protection Act (COPA), judge Lowell Reed Jr. ruled the 1998 law violated the First Amendment, which guarantees freedom of speech.

It marked the second time Reed has ruled on COPA, having issued a preliminary injunction against its enforcement in 1999. The case worked its way to the Supreme Court, where the justices voted 5-4 in 2004 to uphold the injunction. They also ordered the case to return to the federal court for a full trial.

The case, ACLU v. Gonzales, could return to the high court, where chances for a reversal appear remote. Two new justices, Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justice Samuel Alito -- have joined the court since 2004, but those they replaced -– the late Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Associate Justice Sandra Day O’Connor -– both dissented in the earlier decision. Therefore, there would be no gain on the court for supporters of the law, unless another justice changes his vote.

A supporter of the law described the courts’ continuing opposition to online protections for children “utter nonsense.”

I suppose they think that the love of Jesus is "utter nonsense" as well, seeing how they killed Him a little over 2000 years ago.
